“After my first day of training for a new job , I heard church bells ringing ... but not the type you are used to on a sunday morning . I like to consider myself 'el pollo amante' but more specifically fried , after reading horrible reviews I was convinced everybody was going mad & am glad I came by for lunch . Picked up an 8 piece spicy with a small gravy to dip in , look at the pic to see the brown glistening goodness - your gf's forehead could NEVER look that greasy & it all tastes delicious .“
“The best place we've eaten at in alameda! My mom said her eggplant was crispy and very well seasoned. The burger had bacon mixed it-and you could actually taste the bacon! The foccacia was amazing! Wish it came with a little more bread! Bar tender Mike was the best!“
“An amazing experience here, the restaurant has a great vibe inside. There’s a lot of seats (whole upper level for seating). You can order by QR code to the table or pay up front. The pizza is cheesy and crunchy—perfect balance. The owner at this location is particularly kind, friendly and enthusiastic so shoutout to him. A must visit in SF!“
“What used to be a Mexican restaurant called “Judy’s Place’ in town to the locals couple years back now is called ‘Crockett Cocina’. This place and food is outstanding. I was browsing yelp and saw this on my radar. I had to check it out in person to see based on their ratings. I arrived here with my dad for an early dinner date. Street parking is available. Though the space is small, the place is clean. They provide indoor and outdoor seating. This is a family owned restaurant from the looks and how they act around their customers. I give my props to the chefs, they sure know how to cook it up haha! The pasta was filling and the bread that came with it was soft & crispy. The HouseMade Cioppino with the bread to dip in was to die for lol. And the churros was quite a lot but homemade makes it special! Churros we’re soft and crunchy, came with chocolate & caramel syrup, strawberry, and vanilla ice cream. Overall, the food was great, I’m sure I’ll be back for another visit!“

“Great cozy brunch place with your beloved friends !We ordered bulgogi Benedict and French toast.The bulgogi beef was marinated with house special sauce, the bread instead of the normal English muffin, it’s actually crispy, so it was actually quite surprisingly good with this combination !French toast is pretty good as well. Both the eggs are slightly over easy , so be careful once you poke it, it will spread around.Highly recommended and for sure to come back“
“At this point, they know my name. LOL My family and I are here atleast 1/2 every week or two! The reason is beyond the pizza always being cooked perfectly! It's their customer service! Whether I call in the order or go in person to pick up, whoever is standing behind the counter is always so kind, attentive and shows appreciation for making a purchase with them!
