Bake Sum is a bakery which combines unique Asian flavors into different baked goods/pastries. I've been several times since they opened and they make some pretty unique and flavorful items.I love croissants, so I recommend those, but all their items are good (cookies, mochi bites, etc.). Only one visit (Thursday 9:45am) and one item so can't give 5 starts yet, but imagine that I will in the future. Stopped in w/dog after the vet and had her sit in the doorway, which was going okay/not okay so I couldn't really take my time and check out everything....but I spied that chocolate banana croissant and OMG why isn't every croissant made with banana? The green onion croissant was amazing. Simple but flavorful. The red bean milk bun was good but wished it had a stronger red bean flavor. Love the fact that this place has more savory options than you would usually see at a bakery. Def wanna go back to try the garlic pull apart
