“This is a fabulous Thai Restaurant. You are greeted with a warm smile and then served really delicious food. I had curry puff balls followed by spicy prawns and bacon. Who doesn’t love prawns and bacon. The flavors were fabulous and the vegetables were so fresh and tasty. I will be back for more for sure. Thank you. Five stars from me.“

“What a wonderful experience at Deer Hill Vineyards. A post Christmas gift to our wonderful friends. Contacted Bill to arrange a date and time. He was quick to respond. Very excited to try a Vineyard so close to home that we didn’t know anything about. And, wow, it was such a beautiful tasting room, with a Bill telling us all about his property and how he got into wine making. Also telling us so much info about the wine industry. Learned more here than anywhere else. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. We also got a great charcuterie board. Thank you Bill so very much. We had the best time.“

“Went tonight for the first time with my family after the tree lighting and it was a great experience. Music was soft, place was busy but not overcrowded, all the people were nice patrons and staff, and the food was good. I personally enjoyed the beef stew noodle soup dish and will definitely be back for more of that for sure.

Kid-friendliness: My wife and my two young children and myself attended. There were other families with young children we got to meet and greet throughout our dining experience and the staff incredibly kind and nice to our family especially our babies.“

“I had a great conversation with a very friendly cashier, and the vibes of the place were amazing! The coffee isn’t expensive compared to other places, and there are so many unique options. I got the ether iced coffee, which is a darker toast, and it was phenomenal. There are a lot of spaces to sit there and do work/study, as well as a reading nook!“

“Seven of us (5 adults, 2 kids) went here for a birthday brunch. Our server was so friendly and good at pacing the ordering and serving of the drinks and food. He was also very kind and friendly to our 2 grandkids. The food was all delicious - best eggs Benedict I have had. He wished our son a happy birthday and brought him a delicious chocolate pudding with whipped cream for dessert along with enough spoons that we could all have a taste. Batch & Brine is one of our favorite restaurants in the Lamorinda area.“

“Solid beers and good food. Their WC IPAs are tasty. The pretzel and black bean burger with bacon were delicious too.
Also, I know what you’re thinking… black bean burger ADD bacon?! Adding pork to a veggie burger…. Who would do such a thing? Me. I did. It was delicious. I’d do it again. You should too.“

“My partner and I just went for the first time - it will be our new typical date night spot! The reviews were great so we thought we’d check it out - we were pleasantly surprised by the immediate seating at 630PM on a Saturday, and the decor was nice. We ordered the gyozas, miso soup, California roll, rainbow roll, and dynamite rolls and they were all fantastic and beautifully presented. The owner of the restaurant also dropped off a complimentary appetizer (mushrooms) and dessert (chocolate ice cream). Overall, fantastic hospitality and very good fish. We will be back!“

“Food was good, all organic and made there. Restaurant was empty on a Saturday late morning. The server and the cook were friendly. A little odd that we were charged $3 for an extra plate to split a burger for my kid (apparently this is stated in the menu). Overall good but probably will not visit again.“

“A cute coffee shop with a primo spot in Fiesta square in Lafayette. Really close to five Little monkeys toy store. I can imagine coming here after shopping for toys.to get a bagel with cream cheese and a juice!
I ordered the gone banana protein shake that was rather sweet and had 24 gms of protein. Kinda too sweet. Raisin bagel was perfect chewy toasted. Overall a good place to pick up a quickie bite.“

“Date night was a hit because of this place! Food was absolutely amazing and delicious! Hi host was prompted and friendly. Out door dining and indoor dining had intimate spaces. The environment was very clean, comfortable and welcoming!“

“Went here for the 1st time - DELISH! The Bloody Mary was good - not too salty. Ordered the Chilequiles with verde sauce - flavor was yummers. My only gripe was that the chips were soggy, but it was most likely due to my slow eating and the good conversation with my girlfriend. The definite highlight was the Churrro Waffles, a MUST TRY!“

“When everything goes right!! Friendly happy welcoming staff. Great food and cosy atmosphere all over. My Mexicali burger was perfect. The ice tea was delish. I need to call them and ask what tea they use as I’m a tea snob. The final icing - a big slice of complimentary coffee cake that is the bomb. I’ll be back.“

“The sole and mashed potatoes is always an excellent dish. Two of us had fish tacos which were good but could have used more cilantro? The eggs Benedict were appreciated. It is such a nice experience to come into the restaurant and be greeted by smiling people. It began what was a really great experience.“
