I showed up at 6:21pm this evening to get an açaí bowl only to discover the door locked, the floor mopped and chairs up on the table. Another customer came up at the same time and asked, “they’re closed?!” to which I stated “they shouldn’t be”. Right then, a sulking teenager approached the door greeted us with an EYE ROLL, as though it was absurd that we were showing up in the last 40 minutes that the store was opened. Customer service and the Jamba Juice drinks all good. (Give 5 stars) Except the wait times was over 15 minutes. That I give 3 star. Never have I ever waited that long for a drink. I guess nowadays everyone orders online.

Smoothies average. Customer service at this location is the worst I've seen. Grumpy employee, ignored me patiently waiting at the register until I spoke up, even when nobody was inside. It's not the employees fault that they were slow - obviously shortstaffed. (One employee) would not recommend unless you have 20-30 mins to wait for a mediocre smoothie.
