Smoothies average. Customer service at this location is the worst I've seen. Grumpy employee, ignored me patiently waiting at the register until I spoke up, even when nobody was inside. It's not the employees fault that they were slow - obviously shortstaffed. (One employee) would not recommend unless you have 20-30 mins to wait for a mediocre smoothie.

I showed up at 6:21pm this evening to get an açaí bowl only to discover the door locked, the floor mopped and chairs up on the table. Another customer came up at the same time and asked, “they’re closed?!” to which I stated “they shouldn’t be”. Right then, a sulking teenager approached the door greeted us with an EYE ROLL, as though it was absurd that we were showing up in the last 40 minutes that the store was opened. Literally no greeting - silence and an eye roll.I am sick and tired of dealing with poor customer service in general but this takes the cake. I hope that young lady never has to know what real hardship is.

Customer service and the Jamba Juice drinks all good. (Give 5 stars) Except the wait times was over 15 minutes. That I give 3 star. Never have I ever waited that long for a drink. I guess nowadays everyone orders online.

The smoothies tasted great, but they took way longer than said to complete our mobile order, messed up two of the orders, were incredibly disorganized, and were yelling foul language in front of a full line of customers including children. Service is normally way better; stay consistent!!

staff made us a free drink, generally very sweet people!

Hit or Miss depending on which staff are working! On a good day I love me some Jamba. Been on multiple occasions where the staff were super clean, friendly and the service was quick! However, I’ve been disappointed twice now. On one such occasion the staff were wearing their masks under their chins and the girl making the Jamba was wiping her nose on the back of her hand and sneezed while making the Jamba without covering her face. Needless to say, we didn’t not drink our Jamba that day.The juice itself is delicious and it would always get 5 stars from me if not for the staff. Their variety of flavours is exciting! The Watermelon one is my favourite when it’s in season!I would rather make the drive to the Walnut Creek branch who have never disappointed.

The staff is always kind and welcoming. Someone mistakenly took my online order and the staff was quick to create another order for us. Also, smoothie quality is consistent. 10/10 smoothie joint.

(I would've given this a lower rating but that is not possible.) This was abosulutly horible. The staff where rude and unhelpful, and while we were eating outside they were screaming inside. the smoothies were also made with no gloves, and we witnessed one of the employees wiping their nose on their hand and proceeding to make the smoothie. after this awful experience I will never go to Jamba Juice again.

Got to my turn to order and guy left to make smoothies with the other person, which would be fine, except he didn't come back. Had to wait for another person to come on shift before anyone took my order, over 10 minutes. I get that it's busy, but I also have places to be. Even an acknowledgment that I was standing there waiting would have been nice.

I used to work at Jamba Juice as my first job so I know how things work. This store is understaffed and underpaid. Rich blonde soccer moms are constantly ordering online and making in-store customers wait 40 minutes before having their orders taken. Some of the staff doesn't know how promotions work, Jamba app, and it's run by teenagers who slave themselves with non stop orders, but aren't getting paid enough to like their job or provide quality service.

Really shocking lack of customer service . workers just complained about how they should already be closed and how much clean up they had to do.

I love Jamba Juice but this location sucks. The workers were unfriendly and not helpful at all. We had a to go order and when we went in to get it the girl said "it should be out soon" when in reality it was sitting on a shelf behind the counter for almost 20 minutes. We ordered two açai bowls and after waiting so long to get them they tasted terrible. The smoothie base tasted like olives and the fruit and other topics were not great as well. Very disappointing.
