“I just want to point out this place! The baked goods are just like those on the cozy streets of Europe, fresh and incredibly delicious! Now I often stop here, get a cup of espresso and always grab a couple of treats for my wife. They have a huge variety of breads! They said they bake everything in the morning, which makes the baked goods special!

“This is a fabulous Thai Restaurant. You are greeted with a warm smile and then served really delicious food. I had curry puff balls followed by spicy prawns and bacon. Who doesn’t love prawns and bacon. The flavors were fabulous and the vegetables were so fresh and tasty. I will be back for more for sure. Thank you. Five stars from me.”

“This place is hands down one of the best Chinese food I’ve had in CA. Taste and flavor is there and food is very fresh. I don’t understand why there’s bad reviews because it doesn’t reflect what I’ve had here. There’s just one guy serving tables here, so service can take a bit when they’re busy. But it’s worth it. Don’t miss out because you see a few bad reviews. In the Bay Area over all, most Chinese food tastes so watered down and lacks flavor. This place is great.”

“Enjoy coming to yogurt shack in the heart of Danville. Great variety of yogurt flavors and toppings. The owners staff with mostly high school youth. Looks like an excellent first job and the kids seem to not only enjoy working there but are very friendly and helpful. I love that it is conveniently located next to primos. It's a great after dinner treat.”

“Loved this place, but removing a star because they took the teriyaki salmon option off the menu. Strange, because everyone loved it and it was often sold out! The raw fish is hit or miss. Bring back the teriyaki!

My roommates and I check doordash every week or so, just to see if they have Salmon Samba.”

“Grew up nearby, The Roundup is the oldest bar I remember, could be the oldest bar in Lafayette, or one of at least. Great to see family and friends at this fine establishment”

“Cozy, family owned cafe, that I cannot recommend enough if you’re in town or passing through Lafayette. You will not find any place with better freshly baked scones on this side of the tunnel. They are baked every morning, and if you come in early enough, they might still be warm. Each batch comes out with the most perfect fluffy interior, with a crisp exterior crust. No hockey pucks here! The photo doesn’t do it justice because I couldn’t hold back eating it before posting. The chai tea is a house made blend, with all organic ingredients. Try it as a latte with a shot of espresso. It’s so much better than the chai syrup concentrated drink you get at Starbucks, and you can adjust the sweetness to your liking. This is the best place to stop by before walking the reservoir, before/after your trader joe’s run, or to sit down and catch up with a friend over coffee or boba tea(also incredibly fresh and chewy boba). Not to mention, it’s a great study spot you can sit and study at all day. They now offer breakfast burritos and sandwiches, which makes this place even better than all the competing chain coffee shops in the area. The owner, Apple, is one of the hardest working people you will ever meet, and so kind and welcoming.”

“The food was solid. I got the Sunnyside burger with Pepperjack and fries. Both were prepared well. The grilled onions were all on one side of the burger making it lop sided and shooting them out of the back. The seating area had remnants from patrons that were no longer there. The ketchup dispenser was out near the register causing it to shoot all over my pants and shirt. 🤷🏻‍♂️. All in all the food was worth the money.”

“I just moved to the area and a bunch of people recommended the coffee cake here, and I completely understand why. It was incredible! It was served warm, soft, and not overly sweet. Also, the owner started chatting with us and was really nice. He ended up not charging us for our coffee cakes and lattes so we could pay it forward. That made our entire day. It’s so rare to find a coffee shop where the owner interacts with and truly cares about customers. I understand why this place is a favourite amongst locals. I will definitely be returning!”

“There’s already so many things in this area that a restaurant is a perfect add-on just to end your night. My friends and I all went and split two appetizers and all had our own main courses. We learned a few things like you could split your meal with someone and they will bring it out in two separate plates, which was super helpful. Our surface name was Matt and he showed us. He’s adorable grandchild, he was so personable. It was really nice to have such a relaxing experience after an extremely busy day.”
