“Top rate place to eat. First of all the noise level is low. We had a wonderful seat for 4. The service was the best ever. Very patient and asked of several times if we were ready to order. Most places on a Friday night just want to rush you out. And then the food was so fresh and tasty. I was able to order their wonderful soup and an appetizer. Just the right amount to eat for an older person. Others had the scallop dinner and the ribs. And one person ordered a hamburger. I highly recommend the place..“

The bratwurst is perfect with the kraut and horseradish. The smoked bison is a bit on the dry and spicy side. Reminds me of a Slim Jim. I wish I tasted more bison, but it's still good. The herbed goat cheese and lavash bread is to die for! The herbs are perfectly balanced with the cheese and spreads so easily on the bread!All paired perfectly with Zin-phomaniac red wine!“

“Criminally underrated. Definitely deserves FAR more praise and attention than it’s gotten so far. Great food, great wine selection, wonderful service.

Our favorite dishes were the focaccia bread, persimmon salad, lamb sliders, and the espresso creme brûlée. We were also excited to hear the menu changes every season - looking forward to our next visit.

“Cute little "dive" bar. It's nice and put together. Clean. The bartend (Sherri) was very kind, attentive and and fast. There's a pool table and a online juke box. It wasn't packed but it's Wednesday. Older crowd. Like the 50, 60 plus. They were very nice and friendly as well. I'll be back

“Great place to sit and have a drink, good jukebox, pool table and friendly staff. You can request sports on one of the three flatscreen TVs. I've been going there for years and new owner seems pretty cool and actually lowered the prices on a few things, go figure.“

“Planned a “Girls Trip” to San Francisco and arriving late in the evening. I knew we’d be hungry and wasn’t sure what would be open and didn’t want fast food. So I pre ordered their “To Go Box” Raquel was absolutely helpful and professional when corresponding to my inquiries. Had it delivered directly to the hotel and it was waiting at the front desk (refrigerated in the back) when we arrived. The hotel staff said this was the best and most beautiful charcuterie box she has ever seen! Oh how we enjoyed it once we were up in our room! Highly recommend and would definitely order from them again when in town!“

“Oh no, you can’t bring babies! But that’s okay, the daddy’s took them home. delicious, herbacious (herbaceous?) cocktails, yum yum. There was a Fireplace out front to keep us warm, when it went out there was another one! The cop guy no smoking sign is effective but a little creepy. Did you know before this place was a dive bar that was called “lemon…something…” (we didn’t learn the actual name) okay that’s all, would return. Sorry that my photo is just of the empty drinks, I know it’s more helpful to have photos of when they’re full. You could have a great time here, cus we did.

“OMG 😳 The Ceviche (not counting my wife’s handmade ceviche) is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted a lot of ceviche. It’s soooo good. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. I have probably walked by Puesto’s a hundred times but not anymore it will be my restaurant of choice when in Concord you have to try it. Sorry no picture of the Ceviche 😋“

“This place is really cool. Parking wasn’t bad, but I came early, there was lots of street parking available. Outdoor seating that is covered, plants outside, indoor seating with long tables as well as bar seating in the window and at the counter. Full bar, great Irish coffee, no Wi-Fi but they have the Oakland Public Wi-Fi available and that worked well for me. Definitely would come back. Music was bangin too.“

We both went with a wine flight and had excellent recommendations from Jamie. Decided to splurge on the sturgeon caviar and it was served with the perfect accoutrement, highlight of the evening. Our server Shane recommended the duck fat potatoes (the Aioli was mindblowing) and Wagyu Tartine, both were fantastic!

“They have a breakfast special sign outside, I asked about it after waiting to see if they'll offer the special, they held out the menu for me to "view" it, so I was unable to get a photo. Odd. Everyday is a different special. Got no water but did order a hot chocolate. This is a very pricey place, at around 17.95 a plate. My toddler kept seeing the sign and wanted to come so we made the best of it and got the special, which was a sandwich and a single pancake on the side.“

This is a hidden little gem north of Ygnacio on Broadway, away from the HELL which is downtown Walnut Creek! Plenty of close parking, it’s really nice and quiet at this end of town. “I came here for happy hour and dinner. Decent selection on the HH menu which is from 3-5. We ordered the shrimp and fried ravioli which was $8 per appetizer. We considered ordering the Kobe sliders but opted for a $35 prime rib dinner which came with a loaded baked potato and sautéed veggies. I split this and 2 happy hour appetizers with my friend and it hit the spot! Just when I thought I didn’t have room for dessert I made room. The butter toffee cake was delicious and I highly recommend it!

“I have only been here twice during the day but, so far but each time the food was absolutely the best I have had in Danville. The ingredients are imaginative and exceptionally tasty. What I also appreciate is that the chef’s menu changes which makes it exciting. The exterior is not much and could be improved, but that may keep the crowds away for a while which makes it easier for me to look forward to bringing friends and enjoying a charming meal!!!!“

“As a new comer to east bay, I have been exploring Ethiopian restaurants and Addis is by far the best. Good vibe, good food (the best shiro), awesome service. My only suggestion is that they need to come up ways to pack the stews, soecially shiro, in small container by itself when it is ordered for to go.“

We’ve been traveling yearly to Italy for over 15 years and sometimes twice a year.
The polpo rivals the one I had in santa margherita ligure and forte de Marmi. The cacio was as good as in Rome and the Brussels sprouts were amazing. I prefer Napoli pizza but the pinsa crust was amazing. Recommend“
