“Planned a “Girls Trip” to San Francisco and arriving late in the evening. I knew we’d be hungry and wasn’t sure what would be open and didn’t want fast food. So I pre ordered their “To Go Box” Raquel was absolutely helpful and professional when corresponding to my inquiries. Had it delivered directly to the hotel and it was waiting at the front desk (refrigerated in the back) when we arrived. The hotel staff said this was the best and most beautiful charcuterie box she has ever seen! Oh how we enjoyed it once we were up in our room! Highly recommend and would definitely order from them again when in town!“

Next time I would try a different crudo and roll- the ones we got were great but I want to try other items on their menu. The service was on point. “Came here with my wife, a fellow yelper and her partner. We all had a long week and it was a pre-bday turnup because my bday is 7/7. Our waitress was Erica (May be spelled differently). She was very attentive, knowledgeable, warm, and overall fantastic.

We tried the seasonal corn appetizer. It was delicious. For my entree, I had the garlic chili shrimp (No pineapples and mild spice level). It came with coconut rice and that was not a match. I swapped the rice for regular. They were very accomodating to all my requests. My eye had the pork bowl (I think that's what it is called). The pork had a smokey taste. She stated it was delicious. We had some wings that they lit tableside. They were really good.

For dessert, my wife had the pineapple dole whip with a shot of brandy. I received a birthday song along with Tiramisu cake. I did not eat the cake, but everyone said it was good.

My wife had a regular mai tai and I had the ultimate. Both were delicious. Next, we tried the ...zombie. it is the highest alcohol level drink you can have. You can only order up to 2. It comes with a warning label....lol. Honestly, it was a good drink. We were not left feeling tipsy tho. However, that's just me. We them all had some shots to end the night at this spot.“

The service is excellent and friendly. There were four of us and we each enjoyed our choice of food. Three of us had the combination main meal. I had a cup of tortilla soup which was more the size of a bowl and I brought some of it home. My entree was the Chile Relano. The chile was crispy on the outside. I had never tasted a Chile Relano as good as this one. And, I have one at every Mexican restaurant where I dine. This was by far the best ever! The restaurant seating is comfortable. And, as I mentioned before, the service and servers are friendly, helpful and welcoming.“

Our family recently had the pleasure of dining at Casa Orozco in Dublin, California, and I can sincerely say that they did not simply serve us dinner, they gave us a truly memorable evening that we will remember for a very long time.
The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Everything we enjoyed reflected the quality and pride of a restaurant that truly cares about its guests. But as wonderful as the food was, what made the biggest difference was the extraordinary service and genuine hospitality we received.
A very special recognition must go to our server, FORTINO. His service was simply outstanding, attentive, caring, professional, warm, and absolutely mind-blowing. He made us feel as though we were not merely customers at a restaurant, but welcomed guests in someone's home. He paid attention to every little detail, constantly made sure we were comfortable and happy, and served us with such sincerity and kindness. That kind of customer service is becoming extremely rare nowadays, and Fortino reminded us what true hospitality is all about.
And then there is ROBERTO, the Manager/Host. What an exceptional gentleman! Roberto clearly understands the restaurant and hospitality business to its very core. His professionalism, gracious personality, caring attitude, and personal attention were remarkable. He made sure that everything was perfect and that our entire family was well taken care of. You can immediately recognize when someone genuinely cares about the guests and takes pride in the restaurant they represent, and Roberto certainly does.
Casa Orozco is extremely fortunate to have Fortino and Roberto as part of their team. Employees like these two are priceless because they are the people who turn a good restaurant experience into an unforgettable one.
There are many restaurants where you can find good food, but it is much harder to find a restaurant where you receive great food AND exceptional, heartfelt service. Casa Orozco gave us both.
Our entire family loved the experience. We left the restaurant happy, impressed, and already talking about coming back. We will definitely return again and again.
