We love Baci - They were a little understaffed it seemed for lunch but our waiter was still good. We did have to return one drink that was "off" but it was not a problem. Overall great food and good service!
Really outstanding service and incredible food. Every wine we had was delicious. A variety of port wines and dessert drink options. Everything was cooked perfectly, rare steak with a hard sear, amazingly tender scallops, and portions were generous. Certainly the best Italian I've ever had in Pleasanton.Food: 5/5

We went there for lunch and were seated right away. The menu is extensive and they have daily specials too. We were served promptly but didn't feel rushed at all. The food was good but we ordered basic things so I can't rave or criticize. The restaurant is very quaint but the food a little pricy. All in all a very positive experience.
