“My husband and I found this place as a lunch spot on our way to a tea farm tour, and I was glad to be able to find a vegan place to stop in. As you might have guessed based on the font choice of the front sign, this is definitely run by members of the Supreme Master Ching Hai group, and if you know other restaurants run by this group, you will know what to expect here as well. The food is accordingly Asian fusion with a healthy dose of Vietnamese, and features a lot of fresh and tasty vegetables and the obligatory slightly odd naming scheme, heh. My husband and I happen to really enjoy the food at these types of places, and Blossom Vegan was happily no exception. I got the vegetable chow fun dish, which was loaded with nice veggies, and my husband got the tofu banh mi (which I think was called a Saigon sandwich or something like that). Both were great! The decor is actually a little less strongly influenced by the Supreme Master Ching Hai branded items than some other such places, and I think the wall mural is cute. The location is clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and reasonably attentive, but it seems you do go up front to pay rather than paying at the table. I don't anticipate being in this area again soon, but I am happy to know a location like this is out here for any future excursions into the area! We'll definitely be back again if that happens!”

The food is tasty and worth what you pay for. Don’t expect anything fancy, but the restaurant is clean, efficient, and gets the job done. It can get busy during rush hour, so try arriving about 30 minutes early if you want to avoid waiting. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a Korean BBQ meal.”

“Looking for local delis, found this spot close to stone ridge mall. This location is inside an office building. I parked on the side in front of Charles Schwab. If you see the Charles Schwab entrance, go through the main entrance on the left and go straight.

Standard deli counter set up. Walk up ordering and take your pick from the menu. I choose the Italian. Comes with 3 meats: Salami, pepperoni, and ham. Full options of produce. They offer a variety of “spreads”, I choose the garlic and also the spicy spreads. All between what feels like fresh sour dough bread.

Service was fast. Staff were super friendly. From ordering to getting the sandwich it probably took 8 minutes and this was during 12:30pm lunch rush.

Sandwich is solid. Bread crunchy exterior and soft fluffy interior. Meat is proportional where you don’t feel like the “jipped” you, I think the spread adds a good flavor boost. They also offer free pickles and pepperonis on the side.

Interior has plenty of tables and chairs. Decent size dining hall. It’s within an office building so I can see they may get large volumes of people coming for their lunch. Worth a stop by if you want a sandwich. Heads and shoulders better than your standard subway/similiar chain sandwich place.”
