“What a find! I had been trying a number of pizza places in town (after Papa Murphy's closed) and found some good pies, but nothing that was a keeper. I found my keeper. Ordered the Titania's Bounty and was delighted with the balance of cooked and fresh ingredients. The dough is unique and delicious. The owners are engaging and all so pleasant. They have earned my repeat business.”
“The food is outstanding . Their Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken is one of the best I have eaten in the Bay Area. Their service is so warm and kind, even a pick up experience is so graciously handled and serviced. A MUST TRY!!”
“We were first introduced to Rubino wines on our wedding day in 2016, and finally had the opportunity to go wine tasting since we were back at the Palm Event Center for family portraits. We stopped by without a reservation. My husband and I shared a landmark flight. The tasting begins with a glass of sparking wine, and loved the refreshing start to our tasting. There is a deli in the front, with mostly charcuterie and cheese that you can grab yourself to be rung up by the cashier. They waive the $25 tasting fee if you purchase 2 bottles. We ended up bringing back a bottle of the sparkling, Landmark Sangiovese, and Landmark Barbera. There's also a small area in the back, if you're interested in hosting a private event. Kudos for allowing kids, so this mama can finally enjoy her wine! We'll be back soon!”
“First time here. Greeted at the door, given plenty of time to view the large menu. Ordered the vegetable plate (#17 on the menu) came with pita bread & a flat bread, both very good. Ordered #18, vegetable moussaka, on recommendation of cashier after we asked if the cheese was dairy-free as family member dining with us is lactose-intolerant and we were told yes, as it was vegan. When orders were ready, we thought the cheese on the moussaka looked far too much like dairy cheese, so we asked again if it was dairy-free and were told that no, it was cheese made from milk! This was disappointing because it looked really good and we were all hungry, but we would've ordered falafels for our uncle had we known that the moussaka contained cheese. Not sure if it was a language issue, as our family member had actually asked if it was vegan, just to avoid any issues later. He felt that they confused vegan with vegetarian, which makes sense. We weren't offered a refund on the moussaka, which was surprising as Truva is a pricey. We thought the appetizer plate was quite delicious, but certainly not enough for four people for lunch and we never expected that to be enough for our whole group in the first place. We will probably go again to give Truva a second chance as the food was yummy, and we felt very authentic compared to other Middle Eastern restaurants we've tried. Deducting a star since we didn't get a refund on a dish our uncle didn't (couldn't) eat. Parking lot on the premises is free for guests, but we had to wait a bit until someone left. Street parking is available, but tight during peak hours. Lovely outdoor space to eat, and even in cold weather, it was delightful and nicely decorated with real and plastic flowers and greenery.”

“Had early dinner and experience was great as usual. Spiro took time away from his manager position to serve us and was excellent as always. Had octopus and cauliflower appetizers which we love. Two people had the grouper special and two had the lavraki and were able to share dished. Both entrees were delicious. We had a complimentary dessert (Galaktoboureko) which was the perfect was to end the evening.”

“Excellent lunch! The Chicken Marsala and Wild Boar Ragu Pasta specials were exceptional, and the Tiramisu and Cappuccinos were the perfect ending. Delatorre's never disappoints.”
“The house-smoked salmon on the Thor's plate is great: mild and smooth as butter. A rich and flavorful mushroom ravioli, and a light barley risotto in acorn squash. House-made aquavit is not to be missed.”
“This place is fantastic. Great selection of wine and food, great ambiance, and exceptional service from Scott. We were there for our friend’s birthday and were craving dessert with our wine, which is the only thing they didn’t have (although he said they are working on getting it soon). He actually went to the local bakery (Primrose) and brought us back several dessert choices! 11/10 service, we can’t wait to come back. Was also really impressed with the value for my cab flight and my friend’s bubbly flight with very generous pours.”

“Multi generational local walk-up and drive through local spot ?. Lines move well even though they look very long. Follow the directions, take your turn and be nice ... it will pay off.”
“What a gem. The crepes were *so* delicious. Both light and filling. I'm glad we saved room for ice cream. It was perfect- not too sweet. The strawberry with pine nuts was our favorite. Service was friendly. We sat outside and enjoyed the weather.”

“We were walking around Pleasanton and saw crepes and espresso. So glad we stopped in! The Galletes remind me of Brittany bc it's made with buckwheat. Our daughter got sweet mixed berry crepe and was silent to the last bite. The staff is friendly and professional.”

“Fantastic place to meet friends and enjoy a unique activity together. The variety of games within axe throwing added a fun competitive element to the experience had us laughing and competing like never before! They offer a wide selection of beer options, which was a plus. However, I found that the food menu could be improved. One of the highlights was the super friendly staff. There is also arcade on-location arcade and mystery rooms, nearby to combine activities. Overall, if you're looking for a place where fun meets axes (safely, of course), this is it!”

“One of my favorite pizza joints in the area. The pizzas are great, and so are their chicken meals. They sell gluten free pizzas, but only in the 10" mini size. Their beer selection is stellar; 24 rotating beer taps, plus wine and cocktails on draft!”
“4+ Chinese cafe that seems to specialize in Northern Chinese dishes or noodle dishes and dumplings with some of the signature numbing spice that can be found on the menu. The vibe: located in a new strip mall in the East Pleasanton area that seems to focus on primarily Asian eateries. This place itself feels modern and very familiar to the San Gabriel Valley (SGV) area in Southern California if you are familiar. There's a big screen that splits time between the food items and this anime like character that dances, haha. It's a fun /sleek Asian centric spot. Came here with my brother's fam and I personally got the tomato egg mixed noodle. I had a lot of meat the day before, so was trying to cut back. The noodles and tomato/egg is a classic combo and thought it was very tasty. The pan fried and steamed soup dumplings were really good as well. My nephew was going to town on the soup dumplings. The service is solid. If I recall, you order through QR codes...something that I am getting more and more familiar with (like a lot of places in SGV - where I'm working at the moment. There's a lot of parking because there's a big lot which is normal for the area. I would say there can be times where it's super busy and lots of traffic going through. Definitely a great spot, especially in an area that previously didn't have spots like this.”
“Quasi-mediterranian food in an OK atmosphere. Most people think it's fairly good but I think it's average as the food is not as flavorful as small ethnically-run places - kinda flat. I think that chef lacks flair. I'm part Lebanese and I would like more depth of flavor - more savory. A bit on the noisy side typical of this kind of narrow layout.”
“The place was crowded, the food good, if you like Turkish food, this spot is right up your alley. Indoor and outdoor seating with a good variety of proteins and desserts.”

“Sport bar, restaurant for the working person to enjoy a meal at a reasonable price. Service is good, food good, price is good. Not a place for kids or young family. Sport Bar with not just bar food.”

“This place is awesome. Very unique food. Many familiar Mexican dishes but with ingredients and flavors that are different than any version I have had. Whoever is coming up with their dishes is very creative but it all comes together in a very cohesive way. Although I am not vegetarian, I really like a lot of the stuff on the vegetarian menu. Make sure to scroll down on the online ordering, because there is a bunch of stuff that is somewhat hidden towards the bottom. The people there are really nice, and my wife loves their sangrias. One of my favorite places in downtown Pleasanton”
“Absolutely the best coffee shop in the trivalley area!!??????????Try the honeycomb latte !!It’s phenomenal?? !!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and dairy free optionsKid-friendliness: Absolutely”
“I still like TP tea, but it hasn't been as good the last few times. The tea is way more weak, not sure what happened. The main reason I love TP tea is because the tea is very strong and flavorful. Now things are way more milky and it even tastes more sugary. A little sad tbh. Not so much 1st place at this point. They are still good at getting drinks out quickly though.”
“Food is good, serving staff was great. We had appetizers and 2 glasses of wine. While our apps were tasty, and portions generous, I still thought pricing was too high. Lunches/Dinners range $25-35, even for Salad. Our 2 apps/wine + a dessert to go was over $90 (incld tip).Vegetarian options: Some vegetarian options, but the added oils, etc deter from the ‘healthy’ aspect.”
“First you have to order at the front desk and the food was amazing. The atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing with a warm mood. There was one employee named Raymond that was super kind and helped us order.”
“After having The BECK a few days, I had to come back to try the Pad Thai Fried Chicken. It didn't disappoint I like the fried breaded fried chicken sliced up placed on top of pad Thai. It's a very good and unique combination. However if I can suggest, I would like to try the basil garlic coated fried chicken with the pad Thai. I like the sweetness of the basic garlic chicken. Nonetheless the pad Thai fried chicken is a very good dish. I definitely will come back to try other dishes.”
“Oyo nails it with a unique blend of South American tapas and Caribbean flavors. Starting off with their caprinha, which was a perfect kick-off to the meal, to the Trinidad channa that was bursting with flavor, everything was spot on. The highlight, though, was definitely the ripe plantain pancake topped with marshmallow brulee - it was a showstopper.I highly recommend this for anyone exploring tapas and Caribbean food.”
“We were at sky zone nd wanted to eat at a spot we never tried so this looked like good spot. They have sandwiches burgers salad tacos burritos fish n chips ect. Try it out. Owner was very friendly!”
“Awesome authentic southeast Asian food. I've visited various places in southeast Asia over the last 20 years.Especially appreciate the nasi lemak, and the char kway teow. Good drinks like kopi and Milo. And it's got much better ambiance than a hawker center. :)Meat is halal.”
“Walked in & waited in line about 5 mins to place a to-go order. Waited about 10 mins or so for my order to be ready. Breakfast Sammie & Press Sub were both delicious. Had a Graham Cracker Latte while waiting for my order...very tasty. Staff were friendly and the place had a great atmosphere. Definitely will be returning to try more.”
“We tried this place today. Ordered pani puri, masala puri, dahi puri , muntha masala and an egg puff. All the dishes are excellent. The pani puri was really good. The egg puffs was nice and flavorful reminiscent of puffs I've had back in the day. Muntha masala is a must try item from them. I havent seen this in this bay area. This reminded me of my childhood.”
“We ordered a BBQ Chicken pizza and a Carne pizza via Uber Eats. They were done to perfection!! Fresh ingredients, crust was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, making this a flawless duo.”
“Been here once in person and got take out once. Both times the KFC and raddish was absolutely perfect. Best KFC in the area. I got a rice roll one time too and it was okay (notjing special). I will go back ”

“We went here for our anniversary.Loved the ambiance. It's small and cute.Service was exceptional. Our server had his italian accent added perfect touch to the ambiance and food that we ordered :)Yummy drinks, great food. Everything was finger licking tasty. Definitely recommend!”
“This is an underappreciated downtown, Pleasanton restaurant. I like everything about it, including the attentive staff, the food choices and service, and even the three vegetarian choices (three times as many as I usually get in downtown Pleasanton restaurants!). Definitely recommend.”
“Everything we have ever tried at India Garden has been delicious and we have eaten here for a couple years now. Their palak paneer is top notch and comes with a cube of butter on it. Real Indian food often has a spicy kick, so if you can't take the heat, make sure to let them know and ask for mild. It will still have a ton of flavor and some spice for many of the dishes. If you need something on the super mild side, ask for a recommendation. Their Malai Kofta is absolutely amazing. If I could eat from here every day, I probably would. The veggie samosas are on the spicy side, but delicious with chutneys. Sometimes we order extra to make a couple mealsVegetarian options: You can get all sorts of dishes with veggies, potatoes, paneer cheese, rice, etc.Parking: Very limited number of spots in the lot and many are restricted to other businesses during the day. Park on the street in nearby neighborhoods and get a nice little walk in. It's easier. Exiting the parking lot onto the main street is a bit blind and full of pedestrians. Be cautious.”
“Comforting, warm ambience. Good food options, I was skeptical about finding good only vegetarian options but did end up eating heavy.. their dips plate is just awesome.. would go there again soon.Vegetarian options: A few good Veg options available. Good dips goes well with Pita and some Afghani bread.. falafel and salads are v nice too.Parking: 4-5 free parking spots right behind the restaurants, rest on street (typical down town parking).”
“I ordered to go. Bartender was friendly and drink while I waited was excellent. Food arrived quickly and when I brought it home both my wife and I thought it was very tasty, to the extent that she wanted their brunch for her upcoming birthday. I suppose my only issue is that it is a bit expensive.”
“The Best Vietnamese beef soup in all of San Ramon, Dublin, Pleasenton and Livermore. I drain all the soup from my #1.Parking: Over 30 parking spotsKid-friendliness: I hope the food would keep the kids in their chair. lol.Wheelchair accessibility: Roomy inside to do 360”
“Great food! Try their spring bean tofu dish with white rice! ? Don’t forget to add the jujube purple rice yogurt drink! ? Kid-friendliness: Very kid-friendly environment!”
“Had lunch by myself, ordered the lunch special bento box and loved it. The women working offered great service, the place was clean and parking was easy. Cost $12 plus tip.”
“My colleagues and I were in town for work. Short walk from the Hyatt. Perfect pub atmosphere with warm fireplaces and lots of TV's. Food was delicious and even got to meet the owners! Tom and Debbie are so sweet. Took the time to get to know us and we got to know them. As Hoosier, I had to get Debbie's famous tenderloin and it did not disappoint. They also have trivia and karaoke during the week. Perfect spot for food and entertainment. Thank you for the amazing hospitality!”
“Whether you're looking to savor the rich flavors of carefully curated beers or indulge in a delightful culinary journey, this venue offers a perfect blend of gastronomic delights and musical entertainment.”
“My 1st time eating here and I wasn't disappointed. The waitress was AWESOME. Her recommendation of the steelhead trout was a straight win. The trout had a slight char to the skin which enhanced the flavor. The trout was well seasoned. The vegetables were cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were a win. Definitely a 10/10 meal.”
“Pasta's is very reliable in terms of service and the quality of the food and drinks. We eat there about once a month. The restaurant does offer tasting specials for items not on the menu (individual items on the special menu may also be ordered a la carte) but I would appreciate it if the regular menu could be revised from time to time.”
“One of the Best hidden gems in Pleasanton! Food was fantastic, drinks were amazing, and the service was great! The entire staff truly take pride in everything they do. My friends and I were definitely impressed. I’m looking forward to coming back soon!”
“What a hidden gem! 10/10 recommend. Great service and what an idea… Indian food on pizza?? I mean come on. The butter chicken pizza and the Bombay pizza were delicious. I am only here for the weekend and we are already planning on coming back.”
“The food was great. There wasn't much service beyond what was needed (takes our order, brings our food and utensils) which was fine. The cups for water smelled moldy though.”

“Javier our server was so so friendly and helpful. The food was great and came really quick! The restaurant was clean and had a really nice atmosphere. 5/5 would eat here anytime again !”
“I've been to a lot of Jack-in-the-box food chains by far the service at this location is fantastic Jimmy you were great service was absolutely wonderful I would drive an extra 20 minutes just to come to Jack-in-the-Box because the service was great. Appreciate you Jimmy great guy.”
“Literally the best McDonald's experience I've had in NorCal. I was able to use the kiosk and customize my order and the staff were extremely attentive and correctly prepared our meal.”

CA NOODLE
“Overall food quality was good and price was reasonable. Though they have limited vegetarian options, but they were good. I had cucumber salad, fungus salad, spicy dry tofu and vegetarian chow mein. They were good. They do not have many tables in case if big party, confirm them in advance.Vegetarian options: There were limited options but good enough. They are good too.”

“The best marinated poke in all of the tri-valley. As someone born and raised in Hawaii real poke has the fish marinated in the sauce for a while and not just sprayed on and then mix together. The portion sizes are really good and the fried won ton chips or nachos as they call it adds a special touch.”
“The $68 Meat Lover Combo for 2 is such a great deal!! We were hesitant at first because we're used to AYCE Hot Pot, but we were struggling to finish the last few slices of meat in the end.The Meat Lover Combo let's you choose 3 trays of meat, 2 noodles, and a tray of assorted veggies. They also have a great sauce bar in the back with tons of options to mix. If you like Tom Yum broth, this place has the best we've tried!”
“Very delicious all vegan restaurant. I especially liked the mushu mushu (it's like a super yummy version of a vegetable wrap) but really everything was great. Nice surprise on the way home right next to a Tesla supercharger.”
“I booked Nermana for our wedding cake and she did amazing! I found her online as I was looking for a cake baker around Pleasanton. I spoke to her about tasting some cake options before deciding to book. She prepared to-go cake cups for me and I taste tested them at home. The cakes are moist and the frosting is light and fluffy. I like that it's not too sweet. I loved the chocolate cake with caramel filling. I asked if we can make a small adjustment and do salted caramel filling. I showed her a couple photos of the fondant style I wanted for the cake and it turned out beautiful! With the addition of white orchids, it was perfect!Thank you Nermana!”
“Excellent burger spot with lots of good options, and it's halal! My go to since discovering the place is the two minis combo, the crispy chicken and the Americano cheeseburger with (really good) fries and a drink. The crispy chicken is better than the rest, period, I said what I said. Give the Nashville spicy chicken one a try if you're feeling adventurous. The cheeseburger truly gives homemade with the tender beef cooked perfectly. There is nothing mini about these sandwiches but when you're cheating on your diet, the portion is guilt free.I appreciate the drink selection, especially since I'm not a soda fan. Service is extremely friendly whether I'm dining in or taking out. When dining in, space is clean with chill vibes, a great escape from the office.Dietary restrictions: Halal”
“ID Cafe offers a delightful twist on South Indian breakfast classics, infusing traditional flavors with a modern touch. The cafe's cozy ambiance provides the perfect setting to enjoy a leisurely breakfast, whether you're dining solo or catching up with friends. The attentive staff ensures a pleasant experience, while the charming decor adds to the overall ambiance. For a taste of authentic South Indian breakfast with a contemporary flair, ID Cafe is a must-visit destination.”
“A surprisingly great poke restaurant in a mall! Fresh fish with a lot of options for sides and sauces. I especially appreciate the labeling for allergens. My husband is gluten free and has several options.”
“Cute place! Walked on Main Street in Pleasanton and found a cute little boba place. The staff were very nice. She explained their items as well as options I can have with my drink. I ordered a brown sugar boba with oat milk with 0% sugar and 50% ice. The drink was delicious. The boba was chewy and fresh. You don't need the added sugar because the brown sugar boba is sweet enough. I will definitely come back.”
“Monica is the best! She’s worked there about 6-7 months and is well poised, friendly, and actually remembered us from the first time we visited back in October! She was attentive and who ever hired her made the right decision!”
“The flag is faded, the walls hold old farm tools and even an old lever action, and the exit sign is crooked. That's how you know it's gonna be good. For breakfast: The biscuits and gravy is done right, with a meaty, slightly spicy country gravy. The hash browns are actually crispy without being dry. The sausages are links, crispy on all sides, not just the bottom, but juicy inside. The eggs are cracked, not liquid, even if you order the scramble. The coffee has a standing offer on the table to add Irish cream liqueur to it, and has non alcoholic Irish cream at the table anyways. It was full end to end, so we had a bit of a delay on getting a coffee, but damn, this place is good. I didn't get to try the lunch yet, but this is a killer breakfast.”
“We ordered sandwich trays and charcuterie cups for my dad's celebration of life. This mom/daughter team work so hard to accommodate any situation. The food was great! Thanks so much. We will be back.”
“Over the years (30 +) the menu has slightly slightly. There are no longer space shuttle dining plates for the kids. But the food has been consistently good. Enjoy this quiet Japanese restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, kid friendly, and easy parking.”
“This is absolutely one of my favorite stops in Pleasanton for a quick cup of coffee in the morning or an after school sweet treat for my kids or post dinner dessert as we stroll in downtown Pleasanton! The service is always fantastic and my favorite snickerdoodle always delights. Although those cheesecakes are phenomenal! Primrose Bakery is a gem in downtown Pleasanton and I love supporting them!”
“Service was quick and the overall vibe was good. The restroom wasn't great. Wish they maintained the cleanliness of the bathroom. May be it’s a one off situation. However the food quality and taste made up for that not so good experience overall.Kid-friendliness: They provide high chair and/ or boosters”

Drive-Thru Restaurants
“Drove through twice this month. Albeit it wasn't during the mad rush hours, but putting an employee in the drive through area to take orders in advance truly speeds things right along. Their burgers are great. Great prices, too. Spent less there than I would have at McDonald's.”
“Greetings everyone! Great day today at lunch. I just had the #1 Char Meal. Its me Daniel Rita's Beauty Intoxication. Gosh I miss our meetings like how we use to have to make everything work with meetings. I saw the painting on the wall of with LindaRyan. I wonder how Ryan that is living the the Budweiser trailer is healing from that leg got cut that he is suffering. Hope to see everyone around.”
“Chick-fil-A in Pleasanton, California offers a breakfast experience worth waking up for. The chicken egg burrito was a culinary delight, accompanied by a side of jalapeño sauce for those daring taste buds. And let's not forget the trusty side of ranch, because who doesn't love a good dip? In summary, a morning meal that's sure to put a smile on your face, even if it's before your first cup of coffee.”
“This Starbucks is just the most quaint drive thru I have ever seen. Believe it or not, they are quicker than many of the full service walk-in at Starbucks. There is a walk-up, but no walk in and sit down.None the less, I love this spot. Highway accessible, there is a Wingstop, Taco Bell near by and a Dollar Tree. Good location.. traffic flows well over here. The staff at this Starbucks is extremely polite, and the service is quick. Never in line longer than 5-7 minutes.”
“Ordered chicken bryriani and idli with sambar. The biryani was very flavorful and delicious with lots of juicy chicken falling off the bone, tender. The idly was very soft and the sambar was full of vegatables and perfectly spicy the way I like. It is served on a banana leaf which is nice. Portion size is good.”
“This is one of the cleanest Panda’s I have been to. The steam tables were filled. The area around the food was spotlessly and shiny. Their floors were clean even the cooking area as I looked in. The food is fine for quick chinese.”
“Fast service and all my food was hot. The tacos are my favorite.Parking: Lots of parking as this Jack is attached to a few other stores.Kid-friendliness: It's a Jack. How much more kid friendly can you get!Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in and out.”
“Decent fast foodDelivery is on time and food quality is good for the price. The best deals are on the McDonalds app.So its nice to take advantage of those offers.”
“Today i was helped by Daniel and personally if i was management I would highly consider giving him a raise or promotion. First of all, The food was outstanding, second Daniels customer service was outstanding. He was very friendly and even recommended various delicious items. Daniel was very professional and for that reason i will continue to be a customer.”
“This the only McDonald's that gives you order correctly when you order it without no excuses for example I like there breakfast burrito but without cheese but most McDonald's won't do that for you like this place does ?”
“Staff made our lunch quickly and everything was as ordered. We opted to place our order at the counter instead of the self-serve kiosk and the employee was polite & helpful. All staff preparing food were wearing gloves, which was great. Would've liked to have seen masks, but since Alameda County hasn't reinstated masks for some time, few if any working at restaurants voluntarily do so. Value menu was good for a quick bean & rice burrito - small, but great size for a snack. Those with heartier appetites have plenty to choose from. Can get vegan & vegetarian items here, just make customized changes to your order.Vegetarian options: Vegan also available - just select no cheese & sour cream”
“I would avoid this place late night but the rest of the time it is pretty good. Late night you get a poorly run business from can’t get your order right or even get a receipt.”

“We love this place for a quick sweet treat! Located in Pleasanton, it's surrounded by an array of restaurants, bakeries, and a Ranch 99. The ice cream here is SO smooth and delicate! Our favorite by far is the Ube with custard filling.”
“Best hole-in-the-corporate-wall ever. I knew it was in a snazzy office building, but it's still unexpected to find them there y'know?? I was greeted by a man I assume to be the owner, and he was just so darn nice. He recognized nearly everyone who came in to order, and his customers took the time to chat with him too. Gives me the fuzzies. The Californian ($12): Seems like a sandwich you can make yourself at home, but sometimes (most of the time) you don't feel like doing it. Enter The Californian. Look how much turkey they gave me!! When a sandwich needs to be held together by a toothpick, you already know it's gonna be good. Ultimate Grilled Cheese ($8.25): My husband is one of those people who will say "this is the best ____ I've ever had" whenever he's hungry, and he's a grilled cheese snob. This one has made 1st place so far on his list of grilled cheeses. They are currently expanding/moving to a bigger space in the same building, which is super exciting. I will be back to try their pho on Monday's!”
“Fiesta Taco is a family owned fast casual restaurant that offers freshly made tacos, burritos, and enchilada plates. It is by far my preferred taqueria in the Pleasanton area. For dine-ins, you would order your food at the counter and it will be taken to your table. Your order comes with a serving of nachos and you can also order drinks on the side. There is a condiment bar where you can serve yourself pico de gallo, salsa verde, limes, radishes, etc. The crew is friendly and they can make substitutions in your order if you cannot have beans in your order, for example. The interior of the restaurant has a log cabin feel -- a bit dated -- but it adds to the character of the place. This place stays open until 10p. Come check them out!”
“One of our family's top places to eat. The kids love it too. Good quality food, at a great price. We came here after going to Denny's where the weight was very long. Black Bear diner is very efficient, and they really understand logistics and how to take care of customers. We were seated very quickly, our order was taken very quickly, our food came out probably in about 5 or 6 minutes. They were well staffed, everyone was always very happy to help everyone.Black Bear diner never seems to disappoint, it's always a pleasure to have very happy, energetic servers.Kid-friendliness: They have awesome options for kids. You can get ice cream at the end as well.”
“I thought it was seaweed sushi, but it was literally a piece of pocket sushi, like a rice ball. Although it was less than the average American food, it was full and tasty. The amount was just right for me.It felt a bit expensive for the price, but it was a light and satisfying meal.”
“updatethey now have street food items ????popcorn chicken (and yessssss with basil)plus uncle hooked our popcorn chicken up!!!xie xie ??they are always busy especially ~ 1145-1pm since all nearby workers flock here during their lunchtime, but they got they system down---------‐---legit Taiwanese meals ?pretty good and quantity was almost perfect!would like to see variety of drinks somedaymajority of folks does take outnot ideal for group > 6although they have outside seatingsfriendly owners/servers”
“Wow this place has tasty quality Gelato! Highly recommend. I go back and forth between having my ice cream fix here and Meadowlark. Top 2 ice cream places in Pleasanton hands down.”
“Pleasanton’s pride and joy is what I call this place. Great cheerful owners and a lot of bagel choices but the pork Banh Mi is the real bomb. Try it once and you will be hooked.”
“Oh my goodness, literally best "hole in the wall" "mom and pop" shop for fried chicken ?! You place your order by the kiosk by the end of this restaurant and wait for your order to be called. Grandma is strong ? running around, working hard, chopping chicken, and serving you with a smile ?. I can hear her greet her customers and thanking them for shopping. If anyone wants authentic Taiwan fried chicken from everyone's grandma, come here!!!!”
“My daughter told us about this place. It's Pleasanton's best kept secret sushi so far. It's going to be packed soon! We'll gladly wait in line.”
“Authentic Mediterranean Fresh ingredients. Plenty of selection. Good for both vegetarians or meat lovers. Some tables were not per my expectations of cleanliness.Vegetarian options: Fresh in-house prepared Falafel ”
“We were looking for a quick stop for breakfast and coffee and this was just what we needed. We ordered both beverages and breakfast items and they were served promptly and tasted great. All the staff members were friendly and seemed upbeat. The facilities were clean, but the restrooms were closed off which was a bummer as we were traveling. Would visit again if I was in the area!”
“I have been here quite a few times and i love the concept of this place. I love the katti rolls, the burritos and the Pizza. Not a great fan of masala fries but the ones mentioned above were good to taste. Ambience is okay, the staff is a bit slow to take orders and needs to work on their communication skills. Over all i like this place. Seeing so many reviews about food poisoning is a little concerning to me, so I request the owner to double click on that and address those concerns. I haven’t had such a bad experience but these reviews can overshadow the great concept, food and taste this place offers especially the katti rolls which is a rare find in the bay area.”
“For me, this place is a destination! My nephew recommended, and I am picky about most things I consume. Soooo delicious, creamy, not too sweet, not too gummy or gooey. Good balanced flavors and texture. Fresh Strauss Creamery dairy. I have only tried the ice cream but I might guess that the Italian ice and frozen custard are delicious as well, knowing how much care they put into their ice cream. Strawberry and Blueberry Honey Graham Cracker was a winning double. I tried the Andes mint chip last time, and it was yumm... I am not bothered one bit about paying a little more for something really good! In addition I like supporting a small business.”
“It's a classic, Philadelphia cheese steak. Done the right way, with thin sliced ribeye, cheese, peppers, onions, all served on a fresh Amoroso roll. The steak fries are great! The new seasoning is flavorful and the perfect touch to tie it all together.”

“This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in the Bay Area. The food is well prepared, I especially like the vegetable mixture that comes with some dishes(lightly sautéed pawns with vegetables in light sauce, and home style tofu). It’s has generous amount of broccoli, bokchoy, cabbage, carrots and asparagus in the mix, cut size is right, cooked tender enough yet still remains its crispness. I don’t even know how to cook it well like this in my own kitchen…we have came to this place for at least 6 times and have tried different dishes. The food quality has been consistent, which is really important… :) the price is very reasonable, given the food quality, downtown location, parking lot in the back, and of course, something also tickles my fancy, white table linens. Of all things, I haven’t mentioned about the service… that’s also brought me to write this review today. We always felt being treated nicely and warmly at this place. Today we came for lunch, I asked my husband to order me a Yuxiang pork, and he mistakenly ordered a different dish and we didn’t notice that until the dishes came. I was initially surprised, this is not what I ordered… and the waiter quickly apologized and said they will make the dish I wanted. My husband told them that he made the mistake at ordering and we will pay for it. The waiter right away told us not to worry about it. Coming from a hospitality profession, this smooth gesture of always make your customers feel right, is a gold medal. Very nice people work at this restaurant, you can tell. The restaurant is clean, and artfully decorated. It has a nice wine bar and lovely cocktail selections. I can’t wait to go back again and try something new! In the meantime, thank you!”
“Had such a fun time!!! Came with a large party of 10 and they kept the food coming it was amazing and we got the party started they didn't mind us starting a quick dance party! Love it here!!! (It was our second night in a row)”

“Wow - I booked a business event here and I could not recommend Rubys and Roses more. Sadaf ( owner ) made everything so easy and made sure everything was smooth sailing the day of. The staff was incredible and provided an upscale experience that would not be forgotten. You are probably wondering about the food. Incredible, this turned my event from great to absolutely amazing. My clients are still talking about it and thanking me but the thanks belongs to the team at Rubys & Roses. I came back for a romantic Valentine's Day dinner and was blown away by the attention to detail. This place is a must visit - especially if you want to treat your special someone.”
“The food is very good. But the idea is serving in disposable wares is actually a bad idea. This is a case of good intentions but bad results. They should switch to stainless steel wares which is more eco friendly. Right now these disposable wares even if they a compostable (not sure ) will occupy spaceThey also have an issue with planning for the crowd. They are on the precipice of going down the tubes if they are not careful with crowd handling. Bay area has lots of options and no one has good experience with the service staffThe lady in the front (I believe the owner or owner spouse) must learn a thing or two about customer service. These people have to understand that they are not doing us the public any favors . That is the vibe this lady gives”
“Sorry to see that since many of the businesses have employees working from home that Ume Sushi is not very busy at lunchtime - the food and service continue to be ”

“The falafel wraps stay on my DoorDash order history! I can't get enough of the food. I can't speak on the ambiance or service just yet as I've never dined in, but I will say the saffron rice is to die for. As as well as their fire chili! Tbh, all of the sauces that I've tried from here are insanely flavorful and mouth watering. A Tri Valley favorite for me.”
“Always amazing food with a menu overflowing with mouth watering south Indian comfort food. Service is top notch as well. We ordered paper roast and butter podi dosas and silently attacked our food with much gusto.”
“We were at sky zone nd wanted to eat at a spot we never tried so this looked like good spot. They have sandwiches burgers salad tacos burritos fish n chips ect. Try it out. Owner was very friendly!”

“Great place to have dinner especially if you’re in a hurry. The food was fresh and there were plenty of choices. I wish I’d learned earlier that I didn’t need to use two bowls for two separate plates because they all went on one plate but that’s OK cause I had an awful lot of food to eat and it was very very tasty and the guy who cooks it as fast and efficient and cooked it perfectlywell definitely go back there again.”
“This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Pleasanton. I like to eat here for lunch, it is not crowded and has a good selection of fresh fish. I always go for some nigiri, I love the Uni w/ Quail Egg, Aji, Kanpachi, Tamago, and Maguro. The Red Mountain Roll is my favorite, I also like the Four Seasons and Salmon Lover. I would highly recommend trying this place if you are in the area. The staff here is great and very friendly.”
“Excellent restaurant to eat you will enjoy It! I have tried the sushi here before you will love to try It, great service, great cozy atmosphere and overall a perfect place to eat. I ordered the beef noodle soup the other day It was yummy. Just be careful It's a little hot but good flavor and about 16$ range.”
“Multi generational local walk-up and drive through local spot ?. Lines move well even though they look very long. Follow the directions, take your turn and be nice ... it will pay off.”
“It's a 'cozy' place - very small. If it's all about the pizza for you though, this is the place. Pizza Bello has the best pizza in Pleasanton. We've tried others in town, from the big places to other cozy places, and we always return to Pizza Bello (and maybe even feel a little guilty!) The owners are so friendly, along with everyone else who works there.”
“Very authentic Chinese food. It's a very long menu with many great options to choose from. Good service. Convenient location. Easy parking. Chicken dishes are particularly good. Highly recommended.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options to choose from, spicy or non spicy.Parking: Lots of free parking.”

“This is our 2nd visit in a month. Quality of food and service was consistently good. Servers were considerate and friendly with our 15 month old. Everything tased fresh and the restaurant looked clean. Mango lassi is one among the best in the area. Dosas were delicious. This is our family’s new favorite spot.”

The customer service is top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. The ambiance is amazing, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers.Overall, La Michoacana Frozen Delights is a fantastic choice for those seeking great food, excellent customer service, and an amazing ambiance.”
“I’m a crazy momo fan and found this newly opened restaurant.I just tried the Paneer Veg Momo (steamed) and it was really god. I would personally prefer this over the Everest Momo in Pleasanton downtown. The store has good seating capacity and a decent ambience. It looked really clean and the staff was also very friendly.I’d definitely go back to try more of their menu.”
“Sport bar, restaurant for the working person to enjoy a meal at a reasonable price. Service is good, food good, price is good. Not a place for kids or young family. Sport Bar with not just bar food.”
