“Awesome authentic southeast Asian food. I've visited various places in southeast Asia over the last 20 years.Especially appreciate the nasi lemak, and the char kway teow. Good drinks like kopi and Milo. And it's got much better ambiance than a hawker center. :)Meat is halal.“
“Walked in & waited in line about 5 mins to place a to-go order. Waited about 10 mins or so for my order to be ready. Breakfast Sammie & Press Sub were both delicious. Had a Graham Cracker Latte while waiting for my order...very tasty. Staff were friendly and the place had a great atmosphere. Definitely will be returning to try more.“
“I don't live in the area. I live over by Concord, but I had met a friend for a late breakfast and I wanted some good bread and something sweet for later. After this visit, I can't wait to go back! Rye bread: so good! It's hearty and real bread, not like what you find on grocery shelves. It's not a strong rye, which I do love, but with its milder flavor profile I found it works with more foods. If I understood correctly, they don't make the bread and another baker supplies it under what I assume is a contract as it has a Primrose label. ***** Bourbon Maple Eclair ---- I can't stop thinking about it! So delicious!! The puff pastry was perfect. Real puff pastry isn't rubbery and too often that's what you get. This isn't just lazily filled with whipped cream like 90% of places when you get an eclair, it's half filled with a perfect custard and whipped cream. Now, as I write this I'm thinking maybe I shouldn't tell you all this, as then you'll go there and buy it all. But on the other hand, if you go and keep up love and demand this excellent bakery keeps doing their thing. My sincere compliments to the pastry chef! Chocolate cake: I got one of the personal sized, though really good for 2 people or 2 servings round cakes. I honestly don't know which cake I ended up with - could have been the salted caramel in. The sponge was light with a good flavor, the frosting etc had a good balance of sweetness. I recommend highly. It was the best cake of this style I've had in a long time. Presentation - all their offerings look amazing and if getting desserts to share with friends these will make a lovely visual presentation and delight the palates. Oops! No photos. Guess I'll have to go back soon and correct this error:) Go! Enjoy!“
“I picked up an assortment of mini cakes from Gene's Fine Foods to give them a try. These are absolutely incredible! Both the cake and the frostings are light and fluffy and incredibly delicious. I would be very stressed getting a full sized cake, because it might be eaten by the time I got to the other end of Pleasanton.“
“I stopped in hoping for a quick to-go order. It was my first visit, i happened to be in the area. The atmosphere is very pleasant, clean and friendly. I ordered a simple side dish of pork fried rice. It was delicious, hot and full of flavor! No soy sauce needed at all. The food tasted great, it wasn't greasy or over done. I look forward to coming in to dine and order more items. The kitchen is in full view, I like this because it helps to see they keep their place clean and the cooks looked to have handled the food properly. I felt comfortable here. Will visit again soon.“
“Food was excellent, delicious bloody Mary and Brandon was an excellent server. Such a great place to enjoy with friends, watch a game on the TVs and enjoy a great meal. Prices are great and everyone is so friendly.. visiting from Texas and felt like I was at home“

O matter your in a table, booth or sushi bar, you get great food and a wonderful meal. Try and you will love it.Vegetarian options: Great selectionDietary restrictions: Will accommodateParking: Plenty to use“
“Second time in two months. Love this place. Tonight having the teriyaki tofu with soup, salad, and rice. Cubes of silky tofu on a bed of lettuce and shredded cabbage with vegetables. The vegetable tempura appetizer plate was perfect and lasted only a few minutes. Partner had the cherry blossom. Yummy! Great service. VERY clean restaurant. Tucked away in the corner of strip mall near the Round Table Pizza. Dining area in back big enough for a team lunch or dinner“
“This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Pleasanton. I like to eat here for lunch, it is not crowded and has a good selection of fresh fish. I always go for some nigiri, I love the Uni w/ Quail Egg, Aji, Kanpachi, Tamago, and Maguro. The Red Mountain Roll is my favorite, I also like the Four Seasons and Salmon Lover. I would highly recommend trying this place if you are in the area. The staff here is great and very friendly.“
“Pasta's is very reliable in terms of service and the quality of the food and drinks. We eat there about once a month. The restaurant does offer tasting specials for items not on the menu (individual items on the special menu may also be ordered a la carte) but I would appreciate it if the regular menu could be revised from time to time.“
“Nermana created a masterpiece for our wedding day! Planning, style, taste, and delivery - Nermana had us covered! Nermana was delightful to work with. When it came to the design, she provided us with great insight and expertise. She was extremely punctual and instilled a great deal of confidence in us. Regarding the cake itself, it was beautiful and caught the eye of all our guests. Additionally, it not only looked amazing but tasted amazing! Our guests loved the assortment of flavors. A piece of flexibility Nermana was able to provide! Can't thank you enough! It was truly a piece of art!“
“We were in the area as a team for work and went to Baci for dinner. It’s typical of this area that prices are above average and Baci is no exception. However, we really enjoyed the food and the service was particularly good. I had a the 20oz prime steak and it was cooked perfectly - yum! However, I’d skip the lobster-mac-cheese balls as they were pretty bland without the marinara sauce“
“Bit of a mixed review here. I would say this is a combination of a three and five star review. The five star goes to the food. They have some of the best sashimi in the area: the salmon is as buttery as you can get, and I cannot recommend their sashimi plates enough. If you go here, go here with that purpose and you will not be disappointed. The three stars goes to service. Over time, we managed to get a regular server and she would give us pretty good service. However, it took a while to get there. I'm not sure if the restaurant is just perpetually understaffed, or if there is some other issue going on, but we've gone half an hour without speaking to someone before. It was at that point where you are ready to get up and walk out when we finally saw a server.“
“Over the years (30 +) the menu has slightly slightly. There are no longer space shuttle dining plates for the kids. But the food has been consistently good. Enjoy this quiet Japanese restaurant.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible, kid friendly, and easy parking.“
“Went for the first time last night. There's no signage for seating or service, which is confusing for a first-timer. Nobody greeted us at the door or from the bar, so we found a table, and the couple next to us were just as confused. FYI, You DO seat yourself, but there is a server that takes your order and brings you your food. The bartender/ waitress was great and friendly! The atmosphere is nice, especially for watching sports. It feels like there are just as many tvs as tables in the place, but it's not too loud. Overall, I'd come again and recommend to anyone looking for some decent food, drinks, and sports.“
“I visited the 99 Ranch Market a.k.a. Dahua Supermarket (大華超市) and bought some vegetables, fruits and meat; including water spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, asparagus, durian, apple, white radish, pork, scallops, lobster, biscuits, pears, oranges, mangos, banana, milk, and bottled water. All the produce, hot deli and bakery sold here are quite fresh and the prices are very reasonable.“
“First time having Ikes. Delicious! I had a tuna sandwich that was recommended by the cute cashier. It was perfect. I think it was called the "Howie Mandel" but I'm not exactly sure. Either way it was one of the best tuna sandwiches I've had. I like the special sauce they put on it. Will definitely be back for more love and sandwiches.“
“Like the mall and always have, but be aware of first floor. Shoe polishing area in the center of the walkway always harassing people to get their shoes shined, won't take no for an answer and with YELL until you go over. Seriously tired of having to try to dodge them everytime I go and makes it hard for me to shop at Uniqlo.“
“Super delicious food! Hospitable servers, and a fun environment with an Instagram picture worthy interior. They’re great representatives for Peruvian food. Makes for an awesome night in SF! Loved this placeTry their pulpo anticucho for a delicious and well portioned octopus tentacle with potatoes, or go straight Peruvian with their fresh ceviche. Honestly can’t go wrong with anything on their menu.“
