I love sweet and savory for brunch but I can never finish those huge breakfasts so this place is perfect for me!! On top of that the cafe is so cute and the staff is so friendly. “I went to Tapioca Express in Alhambra on Monday the 15th around noon. I ordered a Thai Tea, which is personally my favorite! I usually order Thai Tea ever where I go because I can't get enough. Haha, The two people that were helping me were Jo and Steve or Steven, I didn't quite hear the other employee name but it's somewhere along those lines. They were super nice! Right when I walked in, I was greeted with "Welcome to Tapioca Express!" It made me feel very welcomed, which is a feeling everybody should feel when they walk into a store. Since I always order Thai Tea, I just wanted to take a look at the menu and see what other options they had. They offered me other drinks but I had to stay with my usual. I liked how they were so patient with me. The Thai Tea tasted amazing! The sugar was just perfect! I will be coming back! Thank you for being patient and having a great customer service!“

“This is our favorite sweet treat spot. We usually come here on Wednesdays after my daughter gets out of school, just a reward to making it to Wednesday. We sometimes come on weekends, just dependent on whether we're in the area. There's one woman who works there in the afternoons, and she's so personable. She's given recommendations for toppings with certain flavors and always knows my need to sample the new flavors before adding to my bowl. We were there last week, and the young man helping us with tasting the new flavors was really kind.

They also support the school in the area which I love. Their customer service and community support cause me to continue supporting their business.“

I was blown away by the artistic wall murals, the outdoor decorations and seating opportunities, the inflow of people of diverse backgrounds that came to satisfy their palette with the mouth-watering taste of Caribbean cuisine and tantalizing delicacies. I applaud Chef Ann and her Team for an outstanding job of keeping the Caribbean culture alive in this very quaint section of Oakland California.“

“Stopped by for some vegan dinner. We had the vegan momo, tofu noodle soup and tofu curry. Food was good, the front desk guy was super friendly and helpful when we ordered. It is a take away place, but they have some tables if you want to eat there (we sat down for dinner)..

Pretty much everything is good so choose whatever floats your boat. Like more Americanized Chinese food? Get the fried rice or chow mein (try the tomato beef pan fried noodles if you're dining in). Want something more authentic? Check out anything on the choose 3 dish special on the back menu. Rock cod clay pot or any clay pot dish is so good with rice. Also try the shredded pork with yellow chives and bean curd.“

She is a big supporter of the community and I recently met her at the flower give away at Washington Hospital. Her store is very inviting. The smells, the colors and of course, the bundt cakes! They are the best in Fremont. Service by staff is excellent. Plenty of free parking. Highly recommended!“
