“My first visit to this pizzeria was quite an experience. If you enjoy your pizza dripping with grease, then this spot will definitely satisfy your cravings. However, I personally prefer my pizza on the less greasy side, so I doubt I’ll be coming back for the pizza itself. On the bright side, I must say that their garlic bread is a standout! It’s absolutely fantastic—perfectly toasted with just the right amount of garlic and butter. I could confidently say it’s the best garlic bread I’ve ever tasted, and that alone might just bring me back to indulge in that delicious treat again.“

“I walked in feeling extremely stressed and upset, because a local pizza place that I had placed an order with the day before wasn't open at 11AM (our agreed upon pick up time), they obviously didn't have my order ready. While I typically only shop local, I had to get 4 pizzas to a second grade class on their last day of school. Who in the world wants to disappoint little kids?! The Team Member (named Myeesha ) was calm and lovely. She took my order, accommodated the special requests and had me out the door in time for me to meet my noon deadline! Amazing, thank you SO SO much. A friendly smile, patience and an efficient Team Member makes ALL the difference!“

“The staff lacks maturity and were unable to assume responsibility for charging for 3 additional children. the staff went as far as reporting that I went the register and ordered several cards. I never went to the register until into was time to pay because the host brought the cards directly to me. They went as far as Giving me specific times that they said I was there at the register. ONE person arrived on time. so why would I make additional requests prior to tue arrival of my guest. Management, both named Jocelyn need to be reprimanded for the reporting they reviewed cameras and that it resulted in me being untruthful. I will be making a statement to cooperate to discuss the lack of honesty and poor quality of leadership those two possess.“

“I’ve visited numerous round tables, but this one stood out. Everyone there wore gloves that worked seamlessly with the food. The service was exceptional. I use the restrooms, and they were all spotlessly clean. I highly recommend this place. I want to specifically mention Jessica outstanding service very personable. I’m glad I went in.“

“You know normally I'd see this and say, "Big deal...". It actually was pretty good from maybe 20 years ago or so I last tried this. The two guys working were very cool. I could tell doing a good job meant alot to them. Instead of a $2 tip I gave $2.25. Totally joking. Tip these workers kids!

“It’s great to finally have an Amici's NY Style pizza in the Hayward area. It’s located at the new East Bat Eats food hall in downtown. This is mainly for pick up but there’s around 16 to 20 seats if you want to dine in. The pizza at this location taste the same as I remember when we used to dine at the Redwood Shores location. Enjoy and welcome for the area! (Still wish it was full sit down restaurant but this is still a good addition)“
