The folks over at Amia are wonderful to work with and very detailed! Not impressed. Took opera cake (regular, not vegan or eggless) and the cream is … is it margarine in it? Feels like it. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. They have some mini vegan/eggless cakes daily for walk-in orders. I get their mango mousse a lot (from a vegan restaurant they supply to) so this time I tried the tropical coconut. I still like the mango the best! Lucky it's one of the flavors available as a walk-in mini cake.
