They deliver in glass containers, which is fantastic as it doesn't generate any trash - they pick up the glass in the next delivery so it stays in the cycle. It's like having a private chef. Insane rotation of menus with all kinds of variety. Mikki uses the freshest ingredients-- it's the healthiest meal prep you can get while also being the tastiest.

I've tried a few different meal delivery services in the Bay Area and Alab is by far my favorite. The meals are consistently very high quality and I haven't seen a repeat item on the menu since I signed up a few months ago. The meals can be personalized for you based on your dietary preferences as well. My coworkers are jealous of the meals that I bring to work every day.
