Burger King is a place where customers can enjoy hot, fresh made-to-order meals with a smile from the friendly staff. The restaurant is very kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible, featuring tables for those in wheelchairs. The drive-thru service is generally quick, and customers recommend trying the American Chicken Sandwich even though it's not on the menu. Many reviews highlight the great food, service, and location. However, some customers have faced issues with the drive-thru experience, particularly when trying to use multiple coupons, as they were told they could only use one. Additionally, after using the drive-thru, customers are directed to the street, making it difficult to access the parking lot to eat. While food quality is often praised, there have been complaints about missing items from orders and a change in staff attitude when issues arise. Despite these challenges, the overall experience at Burger King remains positive, with hopes that management will address the coupon policies and improve order accuracy to enhance customer satisfaction.
