We were just passing through and got hungry so we made a pick up order for this location on a weekday evening. When I entered the lobby, there were a few couples eating and one person sleeping on a table. That made me worry about the condition of the restrooms, but I needed to use them so I tried the handle but there was a lock with a code. I usually have to ask for something I already selected when using the touchscreen kiosk. Employees are more focused on the drive thru than customers walking in.Parking: Homeless are in the parking lot and at the drive thru asking for change.
