Super dynamite roll stole the show; it was the surprising best tasting roll. Lion king roll and mango salmon roll (I forgot the real name for it) were pretty good. I'd definitely come back.
Waynes's sushi bistro is located in the market plaza and has plenty of parking. The restaurant has decent amount of tables inside and also it is fairly clean. The staff is quick and friendly. We got the miso soups, California roll, shrimp tempura and the lion king roll. The best of course was the lion king and would definitely recommend. The shrimp tempura roll was decent as well. This is my favorite sushi restaurant in Pleasanton. I like to eat here for lunch, it is not crowded and has a good selection of fresh fish. I always go for some nigiri, I love the Uni w/ Quail Egg, Aji, Kanpachi, Tamago, and Maguro. The Red Mountain Roll is my favorite, I also like the Four Seasons and Salmon Lover. I would highly recommend trying this place if you are in the area. The staff here is great and very friendly.
