“Brought the family for a delicious lunch today. The service was super fast! Plenty of clean tables and even a soft couch. We ordered the chicken quesadilla. It was perfectly grilled and tasted great. We had a personal cheese pizza. That definitely didn’t last that long. It was the perfect size. I had the all beef bagel dog for the first time in my life. It was nice for the cold day that we had today! And finally the beef and cheese piroshki was also my first time in my life. It was similar to a burger but completely sealed with the bread covering the inside ingredients. Only two drinks for us. Oldschool lemonade and a mango smoothie. No leftovers here. Walked out full and happy! I want to thank the cashier Imelda. Come drop by and check out this cute little coffee shop!“

“I try to come here every Friday to buy donuts for my coworkers, they're really amazing! The family that runs the business are very nice and make the best donuts in the tri-city area! Try the jelly filled donut holes, you won't be disappointed!“

“Delicious treats and drinks for the sudden summer weather! I got the kinako kakigori (pictured), which had perfect melt-in-your mouth texture and a refreshing sweet flavor in every bite. The roasted matcha rice latte had a delicious and unique flavor, which paired perfectly with the roasted soybean flavor of the kinako kakigori. Definitely a must visit, especially in the heat!“

“One of my favorite spots in the bay!! I always get the mango matcha, a soft serve, and some taiyaki to share with friends and family!

Their soft serve is super smooth and milky, and I love the sweetness of the mango matcha (I get it 25% sweet and find it perfectly balanced without being too bitter or sweet)!“

Relaxing music plays in the background, tables are gorgeous handcrafted wood slabs, and the vibe is genuine.

At the center of it all is the star performer, a delectable, piping hot chai, poured from a huge, shiny silver tea pots—the biggest I’ve ever seen! The chai is made with love, organic milk and spices from Nepal, which directly supports farmers there.

“So I had to rewrite my review of this Starbucks cause the last one didn’t do it justice. My name is John and I drive to this Starbucks in my Blue Chevy work truck Every day. I’m the kind of guy that is a hard-working man all the time. At the end of my day, all I look forward to is my coffee, a cigarette, and some good rock ‘n’ roll.

Everybody that works at this Starbucks gets my order out in lightning speed like they’re practically one of the avengers And I’ve never had a wrong order given to me or lack of quality ever.

The personality of this group of people that work at the Starbucks are absolutely amazing. Every single person has a unique way of socializing and great customer service like you would expect when you go to spend your money.

I don’t just go there for the coffee every day I go there for the people. If you want to go to a Starbucks where they make you feel like a friend or family go to this location and I guarantee that that’s how they’ll make you feel.

Today, one of the barista’s Abby, Who is my favorite, Decided to come out and just simply say hi on her break because she saw me pull through the drive-through which I thought was really nice of her. Some people just have a unique way of being friendly with others and I would describe her personality and smile like the same feeling. I get looking at a Christmas tree on Christmas morning..

So ladies and gentlemen, you can’t go wrong At this location! If you’ve read to this point, I commend you for not rolling your eyes if you haven’t already, but I just love good old-fashioned great customer service.

“Their signature Mr Sun Green Tea brought me in here. It is green tea mixed with a 0.0 Heineken. Interesting combo that works very well together. I liked it, and I would recommend giving it a try atleast once.

I was sad that there was no popcorn chicken available that day, but I’ll just have to come back another time.

“Philz Coffee is always good. The coffee is consistent and made exactly how I like it. The customer service is great, everyone is friendly (Mia:), welcoming, and takes the time to get your order right. It’s my go to spot when I want a solid cup of coffee & lil pick me up and a relaxed place to hang out, especially now that there’s a closer location other than San Ramon. Always a good experience. Good vibes.“

“Planta is in a really cute spot in the heart of Pleasanton. The staff were very warm and friendly.

I felt like the lattes were a little mild on the flavor syrups, but they were decent quality and enjoyable. The breakfast sandwich was also decent.

“Stop what your doing and visit Heritage Bagel now. Was visiting the Pleasanton area and saw the Donut sign from the street as I was passing by. I did a u-turn to see if they could fulfill my craving for a egg and cheese jalapeño bagel. Walked in and was greeted with two bright beautiful smiles and loud good mornings. That actually made my day because not many business greet u with genuine happiness when you walk in. I asked the lady if they could make a egg and cheese jalapeño bagel. She smiled and said of course. 5 minutes later I'm eating the best tasting and most fresh jalapeño bagel sandwich ever. The jalapeño bagel was lightly toasted with a soft heavenly crunch. The cheese was melted to perfection and the egg to top it off ? If you are in the area stop by for this bomb breakfast. Even if you aren't in the area still stop by. It's well worth it. I didn't get the lady and gentleman name that greeted me and assisted me. But I'm sure they will be there to welcome you with their bright beautiful smiles and loving good morning.

“This is a hidden gem. Been going here the past few months every so often and I always have an amazing experience. The people working there are super friendly and welcoming.
The last time I came by - I was in the area picking up dinner and I didn’t realize what time this place closes - It was more than an hour past their close time and the owner was almost done packing up and about to leave, but when they saw me, they offered without hesitation to make my drink - I don’t even come by that regularly and in this day and age, we sometimes forget that there are genuine, kind people who still know what hospitality and customer service is. I wasn’t expecting to get a drink and just wanted to say hi but am beyond grateful.
If you are in the area, definitely try this place out. Their drinks have been really good and consistent every time I have visited.“
