“It's always good to support small business. And this is such a nice place to try all different kinds of drinks. I have been visiting this place for many time for long time since my daughter shared with me. I really enjoyed the simple environment, high quality of drinks and nice service. I have tried Spanish coffee, Matcha strawberry latte and Mango shaved ice. They all taste good.
Today I entered the small shop as usual and ordered Matcha strawberry latte. After few minutes it was ready. I took picture of it and shared with my daughter. I mixed the drink and then had a couple sips. Then I looked at it and found out 2/3 of the drink is gone already and the ice exposed which almost occupied the whole cup, btw it's medium. Then I went to the young man work was working there, described what I got, pointed out that the ice should not be that much. I mentioned I had been there and ordered the same drink for many times, the ice never be that much. The young man just kept saying OK, OK, OK… mentioned he just dumped The ice like that. I told him that I just wanted to let him know that the ice level like this is not right. And I was not expecting refund Or another drink at all. I just need to let them know. Then I left.
The purpose of this review is not to blame anyone, or make any negative comments. No one can guarantee not make any mistakes or make things right all the time. While when something happened, they need to face that, realize And admit that it's not right, then try to improve it.
Again, it's always to have small businesses. And I will keep supporting small businesses as much as I can.“

“Delicious and very cozy cafe. We had a turmeric latte and affogato which were both really good. I added honey to the latte and I think it needed pepper, and next time I might add a shot of espresso just for fun! I will definitely come back next time I’m here charging my car. The cafe is really cute and would be a great place to study and catch up with a friend. The service was really good, too. Super kind and down to earth.“

“I went in to try a new drink matcha coconut water. I know it sounds gross. AND IT WAS lol ! But I hopped on the hype train and definitely came right off. Oh well! I went to order something else and he Ethan (I think that’s his name) said it’s okay the drink is on the house. I told him many times it’s okay I’ll pay. And he didn’t want to let me pay. He told me I should pay for something I like. Also that many people came in to try that drink and said it’s not good lol. I appreciate his honesty, and his kindness. “So I had to rewrite my review of this Starbucks cause the last one didn’t do it justice. My name is John and I drive to this Starbucks in my Blue Chevy work truck Every day. I’m the kind of guy that is a hard-working man all the time. At the end of my day, all I look forward to is my coffee, a cigarette, and some good rock ‘n’ roll.

Everybody that works at this Starbucks gets my order out in lightning speed like they’re practically one of the avengers And I’ve never had a wrong order given to me or lack of quality ever.

The personality of this group of people that work at the Starbucks are absolutely amazing. Every single person has a unique way of socializing and great customer service like you would expect when you go to spend your money.

I don’t just go there for the coffee every day I go there for the people. If you want to go to a Starbucks where they make you feel like a friend or family go to this location and I guarantee that that’s how they’ll make you feel.

Today, one of the barista’s Abby, Who is my favorite, Decided to come out and just simply say hi on her break because she saw me pull through the drive-through which I thought was really nice of her. Some people just have a unique way of being friendly with others and I would describe her personality and smile like the same feeling. I get looking at a Christmas tree on Christmas morning..

So ladies and gentlemen, you can’t go wrong At this location! If you’ve read to this point, I commend you for not rolling your eyes if you haven’t already, but I just love good old-fashioned great customer service.

“Stop what your doing and visit Heritage Bagel now. Was visiting the Pleasanton area and saw the Donut sign from the street as I was passing by. I did a u-turn to see if they could fulfill my craving for a egg and cheese jalapeño bagel. Walked in and was greeted with two bright beautiful smiles and loud good mornings. That actually made my day because not many business greet u with genuine happiness when you walk in. I asked the lady if they could make a egg and cheese jalapeño bagel. She smiled and said of course. 5 minutes later I'm eating the best tasting and most fresh jalapeño bagel sandwich ever. The jalapeño bagel was lightly toasted with a soft heavenly crunch. The cheese was melted to perfection and the egg to top it off ? If you are in the area stop by for this bomb breakfast. Even if you aren't in the area still stop by. It's well worth it. I didn't get the lady and gentleman name that greeted me and assisted me. But I'm sure they will be there to welcome you with their bright beautiful smiles and loving good morning.

“This is a hidden gem. Been going here the past few months every so often and I always have an amazing experience. The people working there are super friendly and welcoming.
The last time I came by - I was in the area picking up dinner and I didn’t realize what time this place closes - It was more than an hour past their close time and the owner was almost done packing up and about to leave, but when they saw me, they offered without hesitation to make my drink - I don’t even come by that regularly and in this day and age, we sometimes forget that there are genuine, kind people who still know what hospitality and customer service is. I wasn’t expecting to get a drink and just wanted to say hi but am beyond grateful.
If you are in the area, definitely try this place out. Their drinks have been really good and consistent every time I have visited.“
