Whoever manages this store cares less about the many bad reviews this spot has. They always use the excuse they are under staff. Hopefully Starbucks company can pay attention and take matters into their hands. This is unacceptable. One hour for 1 drink and a cake, same with my neighbors order, he waited 45 minutes for her food and don't even try to order Doordash from this store, they seem to put doordash order to the back burner. Ridiculous.
Horrible. Ordered through doordash and they gave my dasher a SOGGY bag which leaked in his RENTAL car. Surprised he got it to my door without it falling. As soon as I pick up the bag the drink fell through and spilled everywhere. Please do not GIVE OUT WET BAGS.

Really bad customer service. The workers didn't even come to the window to say they needed a second to finish the mobile orders placed 20 minutes ago so was left waiting at the drive thru window for 5 minutes. No apology and no acknowledgement. Was handed my drinks without them looking at me. Also the food wasn't even heated up.
