Mexico Lindo Cantina & Restaurant is a wonderful gem that serves delicious homemade Mexican food. The chicken enchiladas with rice and beans were fluffy and not salty, a rare find in restaurants. The Chimichanga enchilada and shredded beef taco were excellent choices. The margaritas are strong and not too sweet. The restaurant has ample parking and a spacious dining room perfect for larger groups. While some found it a bit pricey and experienced inconsistency with pricing, the food quality was good overall. The courteous staff and exceptional service make it worth a try for anyone craving authentic Southwest Mexican cuisine.
