“Stop what your doing and visit Heritage Bagel now. Was visiting the Pleasanton area and saw the Donut sign from the street as I was passing by. I did a u-turn to see if they could fulfill my craving for a egg and cheese jalapeño bagel. Walked in and was greeted with two bright beautiful smiles and loud good mornings. That actually made my day because not many business greet u with genuine happiness when you walk in. I asked the lady if they could make a egg and cheese jalapeño bagel. She smiled and said of course. 5 minutes later I'm eating the best tasting and most fresh jalapeño bagel sandwich ever. The jalapeño bagel was lightly toasted with a soft heavenly crunch. The cheese was melted to perfection and the egg to top it off ? If you are in the area stop by for this bomb breakfast. Even if you aren't in the area still stop by. It's well worth it. I didn't get the lady and gentleman name that greeted me and assisted me. But I'm sure they will be there to welcome you with their bright beautiful smiles and loving good morning.

“I travel around the states and check out boba shops from all over. When you first walk in you will be immersed in one do the most pleasingly aesthetic boba shops in the state of California. The music and decor gives out a nice modern vibe that blends so well together. The staff was very welcoming and smiles smiles and more smiles! Our boba and tea was amazing! “Our first time trying donuts here! Did not hear of this joint in the PNW. You have the option of ordering online and picking it up here. Tried the Ube donut and the crème brûlée. It does standout from the traditional ones. Not too sweet and not too dense. Will definitely be back to try some other flavors. Good service and there is enough space to work or spend some time at the cafe.“

“The creme brulee desserts are on the sweeter side. The ube one is the most balanced sweetness-wise. The mango and original one are okay, but a little too sweet for my tastes. The oroginal comes with cookie crumble at the bottom, while the mango and ube come with a coconut creme at the bottom. The price for each is under $10. The customer service is friendly, fast, and curtious!“

“I learned this morning about timing. I was pretty excited to get donuts so I showed up at 6am as they opened. The only donuts that were already made were cake style donuts like old fashioned and such which I don't care for as much. I wasn't in a hurry so I waited for more to come out. By 7am or slightly earlier they had a bit more variety and some that I liked so I ordered. Getting a glazed or chocolate glazed right out of the oven while it's still steaming hot is fantastic. Sadly I had also hoped to get some photo worthy donuts like their one that looks like the ice cream cone spilled onto it but the girl at the register said those more complicated ones don't get made until later when the plain ones are done. She said maybe around 10am or so. She also mentioned you can call ahead to ask for some of those to be made for a special event or something.The girl at the register was very sweet.The ham and cheese croissant that my wife had was pretty decent. The croissant was very fresh and great but the egg was microwaved and a bit gross. The sandwich was also pretty large so good portions for the price.“

“This is the first donut store - that I know of - that is open for 24 hours. The store reminds me of the 1990s. They are CASH ONLY.

We tried their chocolate donut with rainbow sprinkles, custard filled donut and their classic donut. All were fresh and really soft. Might drive here again to try their other donuts.“

“Place was recommended by one of my clients. Finally got around to stopping by. I now understand why it was recommended.I stopped on my way to work, around 930a. Some of the selections were either sold out or close to it! Apparently, you need to arrive really early in the morning for best selection.There were 2 lovely ladies behind the counter. I didn't have time to get their names. Both were friendly & eager to assist me. I requested the custard filled donut. Custard is added AFTER you order it - What??? Love that idea!!! Fresh custard inside the fluffiest donut I've tasted in a very long time.It's obvious donuts are, indeed, freshly made. What an absolute treat.A bit pricey, but sooooooo delicious. “Hey I was assaulted here on the 4th of July by two gun wielding brothers. I was getting kicked on the ground in the head by them after their road rage fit and the kind people around customers / employees stepped in by the mass and helped me up and protected me from them as they drove away. The police did not do nearly as much as the customers of this shop that brought me things to clean up my wounds and water after the adrenaline of having my life flash before my eyes dehydrated me quickly and once the police did arrive, most of the questions were narrated towards this being a personal conflict as if I knew the attackers but I had a more than welcoming and safe feeling from the angels that helped me that day.
