“This is another location to get donuts and bagels. I’ve never been to a donut shop where it has a self-serving coffee station. Usually, staff will have to give you coffee cups. The place is small also where I came in. I kinda thought it might be quite bigger based on what I looked up online. They also serve certain pastries too, but don’t know if that’s common on other donut places.

I wouldn’t normally go here since it’s not a local restaurant, but would come here if I feel like I need to stop by here and eat.“

“Right off the bat, the owner (or who I assume is the owner) is so friendly. Good banter, good energy, and just good vibes overall.

The donut selection is also amazing. I was able to get a dozen donuts and choose whatever I wanted. The prices between donuts range a bit, but very reasonable for a treat for friends. Getting a dozen donut holes on top of what you're already getting is also a requirement at 25 cents a piece.

“I’m surprised i haven’t reviewed this shop. This is my all time favorite donut shop and i compare all other donuts to theirs. The sugar and chocolate donuts are always amazing! Today i got the cream filled chocolate and it was life changing. The cream filling was heavenly! Maybe because it was extremely fresh but the filling was literally oozing out the donut! Plus, to our delight, when we got home we realized that they threw in a couple extra donut holes so we got a total of 15! ?The ube donut had a nice slight crunch to the exterior and the inside was really moist and tasty. “Stumbled upon this place and wow, it’s good. People complaining about service and atmosphere are probably expecting the same treatment at a Cracker Barrel. This is a place to get great food, not have a server chit chat about meaningless crap.

“Delicious, warm senioritas—you have to try them! There are also cupcakes and other treats. The place is small and friendly, and they serve one customer at a time. There was a line toward the end of the day when I visited on a Saturday around 6:30 PM, and they closed at 7 PM.

I’ve been a regular customer here for about a year. I stopped coming for a while due to a noticeable decline in service, but I started visiting again over the past few months and wanted to share some feedback.

I’d like to specifically recognize a newer employee, I believe her name is Harleen. She consistently provides excellent service—she is patient, respectful, and attentive, which has made a big difference in my recent experiences.

That said, I’ve also noticed ongoing issues during early morning hours. In the past, the service at that time felt careless and unprofessional, and during a recent visit, I observed similar behavior. One staff member, who I believe may be part of management or HR, appeared inattentive and dismissive toward both customers and coworkers. I’m sharing this because I genuinely want this location to do well. The atmosphere and service quality improve significantly when employees are respectful, engaged, and customer-focused. Hiring and retaining staff who bring that energy—especially during morning shifts—would greatly improve the overall experience.“
