“I'm superfantastically excited that there is new ownership! The previous ownership was really bad. Nice people, but terrible donut shop owners. This place is now a legit shop where I'll continue to frequent. No more two day old stale donuts! The donuts are now fresh. Plenty of sandwich options. Boba drinks too! I can't forget to mention how clean the place looks now. If you stopped coming here (like me) under the previous owners, I definitely recommend that you give Newark Donuts a new opportunity. You won't regret it.“
“One of my favorite early morning activities is exploring mom and Pop donut shops. These employees wake up early at the crack of dawn to prepare fresh baked goods, and we all know these are best consumed in the morning! I swing by for the intention of a single donut just to satisfy a sweet tooth, but there is a $5 credit card minimum. I ended up grabbing a strawberry sprinkles and two old fashion. I'd recommend this spot to locals!“
“You know a place is good when the young kids are working their. This place has amazing fluffy malasadas. Their selection is creative and unique. The flavors are awesome. The chive savory malasadas was to die for. Their service is amazing and patient. The line does get wild. They do run out of donuts.“
“We came by early Saturday morning & it was pretty busy! There is plenty of street parking and a parking lot in the back that is part of the apartment complex. It was hard to choose just a few items because they all looked so good. We got the Cookies & Cream donut & the Mango Crème donut - both were filled with a delicious, light/thin cream. The Caprese bun was pretty average but it is nice that the pesto is nut-free! The Churro, Dulce de Leche donut was a delicious not-too-sweet sugar donut. My favorite was the Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuit - not spicy, had a crunchy exterior and a soft interior. The donuts & biscuits all range from $4-$7 each. I definitely want to come back for the Jalapeño Cheddar Biscuit & to try the other menu items!“
“I have been going here for years now and finally getting around to write a review! I am a huge fan of breakfast sandwiches, and these are hands down the best sandwiches I have ever had. Each sandwich is huge and loaded up. They make them fresh to order, and be sure to get it on one of their amazing bagels! They also recently started offering lox bagels. It's a small family-owned spot, and they definitely have their regulars that they have built connections with over the years of being in business. The owners are the sweetest people ever and always throw in something extra whenever I stop by, which I really appreciate. I can't say enough good things about this place!!“
“Ros is our neighborhood donut shop, and I've had nothing but great interactions with their staff! After reading all of these negative reviews, I was a bit reluctant to stop in, but I was greeted by warmth and genuine care and concern from the staff. This is a family owned business, and the owner has been running her donut shop since she said her son was still a young child. She always hooks it up with an extra donut or some donut holes, which I love! The donuts are perfect at first bite, and the breakfast sandwiches are simple, yet tasty. They've also expanded their menu to include cold teas such as Thai tea, to name one. Their cafe has a number of tables and chairs and is very clean and well organized. My kids ask me every single day to come back! Come by, you won't be disappointed.“
“A silicon valley institution. Great selection of donuts and plenty of them are always ready. Quick stop donut shop service is speedy and accurate. You can hang out at the tables in the shop for a little while or take your donuts to go. Satisfaction guaranteed.“
“This place has the best donuts ever! They're not overly sweet and the flavor is great, doesn't matter which donut you get because they're all good! The service is amazing and the owners are very sweet. My favorite donuts are the glazed, jelly filled and apple fritter ones.“
“This little gem of a donut shop serves up some classic fresh, delicious donuts to energize you for the day! Located in a tiny, overlooked strip, this local business shines with their quality food and exceptional service. There's plenty of parking relative to the 3 shops here (MX Donut, a grocery store, and another establishment that escapes me at the moment). There isn't a clear sign to draw you in but the customers who come are likely locals who know what's good or those who've found them via Yelp or other apps (Too Good To Go). There are a few tables and seats for dine in, but during the late morning/afternoon, it's pretty quiet. I had a take out order and was in and out fairly quick. The display case showcases their flavors of the day but you can also order prepared food like sandwiches and bagels. The classic yeast raised donuts were fluffy and had a good bite to it. The sugar and glaze were not overly sweet and the dough was not sweet either. Compared to other donut shops, I did not feel guilty eating the donuts. Yes, I ate two in one sitting and didn't feel too bad. You can do it too, no one will judge! The chocolate frosting on the chocolate donuts was also not too sweet and had a good richness to its flavor. The cinnamon sugar crunch also was not overly sweet and had a good crunch to it. The old fashioned/cake donuts were crispy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Perfect bites! Donut holes had good texture and moderate sweetness. Perfect for the kiddos or if you're just looking for a little tease before you dig into a full sized one! Overall, this local donut shop has perfected their recipe for classic donuts and back it up consistently. Great service and clean interior makes it a decent place to visit despite its rough and dated exterior. MX deserves your Amex (or whatever form of payment you decide to use)!“
“Absolutely fantastic donut shop. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming; they make an effort to get to know you make the shop welcoming. Exceptional donuts, especially the jelly filled, but you can't go wrong with anything. Good coffee, good ambiance.“
“Vasy's will always and forever be my favorite donut shop in Fremont. Went to another donut shop closer to where we live for a about 2 months up until I found a cockroach in my coffee I don't want to say where because I'm not about putting businesses on blast. But my go to's at Vasy's are their Vietnamese coffee, cruellers, and cronut holes. Reasonable prices compared to competitors, consistent flavors, and their customer service is top tier! *When I was waiting for my order, I overheard them tell a customer they can do custom flavored donuts as long as you call to let them know 24hrs in advance!*“
“This place has the best doughnuts. They’re fresh and quite big and they have a great variety. Coffee is always fresh and hot with a selection of sugars and creamers. They also have a great selection of breakfast sandwiches that include ones made with doughnuts! If your play the lottery this is a great place to come (always see lots of ppl here chillin and playing) definitely my go to spot for coffee and doughnuts!“
“Came in around 6am - Lots too chose from no custard ready @ the time but i ended up grabbing almond croissants and a chocolate donut for 8$ The almond croissant was delicious very butter and a light but sweet filling. would go back to satisfy that craving if i run into it. menu is extensive so if u love opinions this is for you . Accepts card!“
“I have to say...a review of this place is way overdue by me. I have gone and picked up donuts on a couple of occasions (I know they are bad for you, but after running a 90 mile week along with some hill sprints I am not even counting in the total mileage equation, I deserved some fats and cholesterol). As always the donuts are great. Never had a problem with them (they always seem fresh). What sticks out the most for me is that the people working there are always cheerful, nice, and full of smiles. You don't see that very often in the hustle and bustle world and quite frankly it is mood booster for me. I am literally 5-6 minutes away...so yes will be a returning customer.“
“Fresh donuts, hot brekkie sandwiches, coffee, juices and even boba sold here. If you're in a hurry and want a hot breakfast sandwich, call it in. When i go in to order it usually takes them 10 minutes to make, maybe 8. Great service always. It's family owned, so go support them. They have reasonable prices.“
“Absolutely love Lloyd's Donut Kitchen! ? Their apple fritters are an absolute delight—crispy on the outside, moist and flavorful on the inside. The perfect blend of cinnamon and apple goodness! And don't even get me started on their cream-filled donuts. Pure bliss in every bite. The freshness and quality are unmatched. If you're a donut enthusiast like me, Lloyd's is a must-try. Excellent service, delicious treats—making my sweet tooth very happy! ??“
“Very friendly and positive atmosphere. The people that work there and even the customers are all nice. They have fast service and everything is fresh.Kid-friendliness: They have tables so the little ones can sit down and eatWheelchair accessibility: No stairs so it's easy for a wheelchair“

“Was my first time trying Tommy's Doughnuts and wow I am impressed! The service was amazing and quick, and very friendly. The doughnuts are absolutely delicious and fresh. The prices were great as well! Will need to stop by Tommy's again the next time I am in “
“My kids have been wanting to try Korean dogs. I finally got to take them and check it out. I didn't even realized we had a spot in Hayward. This spot used to be Lee's Sandwiches. Its now LaCa Bakery/Mochidonut. Its pricey in my opinion but you should try it once. I did like how their Korean dogs were more plump and bigger compare to another competitor I went to. We did come about an hour before closing so the Mochidonuts was the last batch and were stale. I feel like their mochi donuts weren't very good. I would pass or head to another spot. Ordered half a dozen at $17.00. I ordered what was left which was pandan coconut, black sesame, red velvet, cinnamon, and cafe sua da (Vietnamese coffee). They all had no flavor of what it was labeled as. The Vietnamese coffee one was close but the biscoff biscuit was stale. 5/5 Potato dog was legit! Big beef hotdog and the potato cubes were fresh and hot. Not greasy at all but it is bland so I wish they would serve it with a sauce or offer ketchup or mustard.4/5 Hot Cheeto cheese was fresh and we got that cheese pull fosho but you have to eat it quick or it hardens and doesn't taste good. It also kept slipping off the stick so at the end we just had to pick at it or eat it with a fork. You can also order it as half cheese half dog if you please. Its definitely a fun snack to enjoy but is filling. The brown sugar boba didn't look like the picture on the site. It was way too sweet and I wish they did sugar levels and maybe they do but they didn't ask. Not much parking since its shared with Lee's laundromat. Overall if I have a craving i'd come back or maybe try out their banh mi's.“
“The ladies behind the counter were so welcoming and nice! Their new Cronut on their menu is really good, haven't had a good cronut since my old hs days! Their donuts are nice and fluffy. The Viet coffee is pretty good too and nice wake me up! Glad to support a locally owned donut shop here in Fremont!“
“Nice people, good food!Stopped by Susan’s donuts to grab a dozen donuts for my client, and ended up getting myself a chicken breast sandwich on wheat bread. The donuts are amazing and the healthy options were really delicious would definitely recommend.“
