“Happy Donuts in Palo Alto is an absolute must visit—especially if you’re looking for something delicious early in the morning. Their breakfast sandwiches and donuts were incredibly fresh and so tasty. The glazed donut holes in particular were mouth watering—they literally melt in your mouth and warning…you will definitely need a dozen as they will finish quick!! So yummy!

Leslie is beyond amazing. She works so hard and somehow keeps the entire place balanced and running smoothly even as it gets busy. Her energy is so positive and welcoming, which makes a huge difference when you’re visiting at 5am like I did. It’s one of the very few places open that early in Palo Alto, and starting your morning with such good vibes and great food makes the experience even better.

I love their breakfast sandwich in a croissant or even on a bagel.We ordered the famous hotlink sausage,everything sandwich and it is all great.

The highlight of their breakfast sandwich is that you can customize your egg whether sunny side up or scrambled egg unlike the other typical store that only offers super soft,soggy and or microwaved scrambled egg and that for me is a no no. Here you will enjoy your sandwich with all freshly cooked ingredients.

Their bread like croissant,bagels and donuts are made and freshly baked everyday.As you walked inside the store, you will mesmerized with all the freshly baked goodies that you can't resist.

Coffee is just a plain brewed coffee and nothing fancy but it is real coffee anyways.

The staff/owner is so friendly and accomodating,He is so patient with my questions since it is my first time there.

“This is another location to get donuts and bagels. I’ve never been to a donut shop where it has a self-serving coffee station. Usually, staff will have to give you coffee cups. The place is small also where I came in. I kinda thought it might be quite bigger based on what I looked up online. They also serve certain pastries too, but don’t know if that’s common on other donut places.

I wouldn’t normally go here since it’s not a local restaurant, but would come here if I feel like I need to stop by here and eat.“

Their coffee is also very simple so don't expect anything fancy there. The staff are very quick and usually friendly although there are some I feel I have irritated just by picking up my order. I am a very self concious person though so maybe I'm imagining things. I am really glad this place exists. I love that they have their own online ordering system that they manage in house! When we asked about the donuts they had left he responded in such an enjoyable and kind way. His social skills are superb and that’s such an amazing skill to have. He easily broke the ice and that makes a great sales person. The drink that he made us was amazing and was made with a lot of care. And even though we came in a little late he was still so kind and joyful. He is such a good employee and it really heightened my experience at this establishment.“
