“This is an amazing cafe/viennoiserie. It’s small and unassuming, in a non trendy location. If it was in SF, lines will be out the door. For me, it blew Tartine out of the water. Food reviews are subjective in its nature and although some might disagree with that, you will know immediately this place is serious about their craft.

Orange and vanilla lattes are amazing. Regular latte is also very rich and dense in the best way possible. Orange latte is out sometimes, but I highly recommend you come back and try it.

I tried several pastries here and all were buttery, flaky, luxurious goodness. Black sesame Onigiri and strawberry moon were excellent. I thought there weren’t a lot of chocolate in chocolate croissant but somehow it was right amount once I tasted it. It’s also relaxing to watch barista going through rituals of espresso making without rush you see in most coffee shops.

“It’s hard to find parking in the shopping center but it’s worth driving around to find a spot. They are friendly and make the best coffee. The ice coffees are my favorite .“

“When I got there in the morning it wasn’t much people so perfect time, the lady that help me was nice I forgot to ask her name. She was very patient and good customer service. I ordered honey haze coffee and burrito and chocolate croissant it was good I like how the people have good customer skills and the spot was nice and clean would say one of the best coffee spot“

“Visited this place for the first time and liked it. Food is OK and the portion is descent. I found the drinks very sweet, and wish there could be an option to add less sugar. Order a chicken salad sandwich that kind of tasted good but had a fishy smell to it (may be due to Tuna being served there as well).
Atmosphere is cozy and is a great place if you need a corner to hang out with a friend over coffee.
Service is fast and cordial- sweet couple running this place.
Will definitely re-visit to experience this place again.“

“Newly renovated Starbucks in Safeway. Nice, efficient and friendly baristas. Very clean place. They have special deals on certain Fridays. I think it is called Friday Love. For $5, you can get any Grande drink and pastry. For $6, you can get any Venti drink and pastry.“

“Ordered Hojicha Tea Latte, really liked it. Selected less ice, still felt like a lot ice in it, but I guess that's normal for the industry now. Just would be more careful when drinking it while driving, during the dark, and/or wearing light color clothes, since I think the cup cap design is a little easy to cause spill.
Anyway, the drink itself is really good, will come back and try some more“

“Polite staff, usually quick and efficient depending the time of day (they can get BUSY) but guess that shows how good they are. The cream brûlée boba is my favorite. They also have good food too if you’re trying to get a quick bite. Wish they had seats inside to eat/drink at but that doesn’t make me want to give less stars. Overall it’s one of my favorite boba spot in the east bay since I got here a couple months ago.“

“Do yourself a favor and get their chimichurri steak wrap with guacamole. Bursting with flavor and veggies, they made it super quickly and it was still pleasantly warm when I got to my classes. The atmosphere is quirky in a good way- reminds me of classic Berkeley restaurants. Can't wait to try their coffee smoothie.“

“Sometimes the pictures on the menu look good but that is always never the case. I order a Big Mac and when I got it, it looked nothing like the picture on the menu, it kinda smashed down and they switched to some paper baggie for the fries which it looks like you get less now. I just got there for my kids because they like the happy meals and every once awhile I'll order a burger, but it looks like tiny burgers that are way over priced from you see on the menu and what you get.“
