“Great little cafe in the conference center. I got a soy cappuccino with lavender and really enjoyed it, my mom got a decaf nonfat vanilla latte and LOVED it. The seating outside is really lovely, woth birds swimming in the lake and singing in the trees.“

The staff members previously demonstrated happiness and took pride in crafting personalized cups of coffee for customers. If a special request was not fulfilled correctly, they viewed it as a challenge to rectify it during the next visit. While the current employees are friendly, they do not seem to recognize or acknowledge repeat customers. The warmth and pride associated with Phil's appear to be absent.“

“I'd like to give a shout out to not only this location but to so many locations who have to suffer thru rude, angry customers. It's a cup of coffee people. If you have to wait you have to wait like everyone else. If you're asked to wear a mask put it on inside. They have had supply chain struggles, supply shortages, staff shortages, and yet most of the time you're greeted with a smile. I know this is great coffee and with all the stress we've been under it's hard to remember but everyone is stressed. The sugar cookie flavoring over the Holidays made me less stressed!“
