“I placed a mobile order for pickup and completely messed up my own order by accident. It was just one of those days. I accidentally ordered one coffee with two flavors instead of two separate coffees with one flavor each. I was honestly embarrassed when I realized what I had done, but the barista was so kind and gracious about fixing it. They were clearly SO BUSY but she didn’t make me feel bad or make a fuss about it at all. Of course I paid for the second drink and took responsibility for the mistake, but I really appreciated her patience and great customer service. I wish I had asked for her name. Thank you again!“

It's IMPORTANT you don't miss experiencing one of their PECAN CHEWY bars. How they take 10 ingredients and make them into something this good, that tastes like a European pastry is mind blowing. It tastes also very clean. This is excellent with all kinds of coffee. Lattes, mochas, black, all types of coffees go deliciously well with PECAN CHEWYs.

I have been hospitalized for 6 weeks. And Mocha Mocha has been one of my highlights.

Mocha Mocha is a blessing at John Muir Hospital - Walnut Creek. Their coffee being available from Morning to Evening is huge and I hope as many people buy coffee, as they talk about how grateful they are to have MOCHA MOCHA (at 10:30 in the evening or at 5:00 in the morning) when they are tired here in the hospital before beginning their shift.

I wish MOCHA MOCHA could make deliveries to patients trapped in their rooms because they cannot move and family members are not coming in time for morning coffee. Because the coffee on the floors is terrible instant coffee.“

She goes above and beyond every single time, she actively asked those around her if they know how to make what was ordered and will have them shadow her if needed. She is genuinely taking the time to connect with the guest and give great recommendations and is making sure the team around her feels supported and is knowledgeable. As someone who also works in the plaza and worked in customer service for about 10 years you all truly have a gem in this place! I would give her more than 5 stars if I could.“

“Thanks to my sister in Chicago I was giving a gift card to Starbucks. This was my first time in my life going and I was geeked. Due to social distancing I couldn't eat there but found a nice park. I had a turkey breakfast sandwich, danish and berry drink. Delicious“

“I had a wonderful first experience here. I ordered a large chai latte with oat milk, light ice, and one packet of stevia. It was made perfectly and tasted so smooth and flavorful.
The area was very clean, and on the left side there was a wine and beer bar with the football game playing in the center which gave it a really nice vibe.
The whole atmosphere felt welcoming and inviting. Brian took my order and was friendly, helpful, and attentive! I’m really looking forward to coming back.

“Tired of going out to restaurants so we decided to go to whole foods and check out their buffet on our trip down from Washington. They're buffets are always amazing. My wife got a curry dinner and I got a chicken breast with two side salads. they advertise my dinner was $10 but I end up paying $12 not sure how that happened oh well maybe they're going to donate to some of the drug addicted mentally unstable people stumbling around the city streets here. ( normally called homeless people)“
