Waygu beef va de vi burger was “okay” the brioche bun that it was served on was saturated with butter and it wasn’t the freshest as it crumbled when I cut it in half.
Brussel sprouts were very good flavored with bacon, walnuts and lemon, absolutely delicious 🙂”

“Myself and a friend were looking for an ice cream joint in the Walnut Creek area, and happen to come across this place.

The owner is very friendly. We tried a variety of flavors, and then ended up getting the Roasted Cashew, Lemon Creme and the Strawberry.

The ice cream was very creamy and thick, with the right amout of sweetness. Extremely tasty. I always try ice cream at local joints, and this one exceeded all expectations. Will definitely come back, if I am in the area.”

Our waitress Patty was soooo kind, friendly, and warm. She made us feel so comfortable and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. Our meal was delicious, and the mojitos were SO good! Everything from the food and drinks to the service made for such an awesome experience.

“My husband, me and our pup stopped in for a late lunch yesterday. We dined on Sipeos lovely patio. We shared a mezze plate and the tofu burger. We choose the roasted red pepper romesco sauce and the charred eggplant for our mezze platter. Both dips were amazingly delicious. The grilled tofu burger was excellent. The food, service and drinks at Sipeos are superb. There are no shortages of fabulous restaurants in downtown Walnut Creek but this one is at the top of our list as a favorite and we will be returning over and over again. Highly recommend it.”

My husband and I love walking here for lunch: He usually gets a burrito and I go between enchiladas and a breakfast burrito (which is offered ALL DAY!). There are so many meat choices! They throw in a bowl of chips and unlimited access to their salsa bar. I also enjoy their aqua fresca or horchata on occasion.

You can eat indoors or outdoors (both covered and sunny tables), or take your food to go.”

“I really like Pancoast. Wife is a newyorker and Pancoast’s pizza style is right up her alley. They have 4 tap beers and they’re some of the best in Norcal - nice to see somebody cares about great beer. I order to go, get a beer at the bar, and take home. They’re seemingly busy all the time so Pancoast has a following.

Parking sucks, they have to share with their neighboring businesses so plan to get a spot on the street.”

“I had a craving for a good old fashioned Chinese lunch special. You know the ones that include maybe some soup if you're lucky rice and one entree. I saw this place when I had a few minutes to myself. I went in and ordered not expecting much but it was absolutely delicious! The soup was hot and sour soup which is one of my favorites. It was incredibly well done and then I had kung pao shrimp with stir fried rice. The rice was okay. Nothing special but my God the kung pao shrimp? The shrimp were perfectly cooked and the vegetables were crisp tender and the sauce was spicy enough to catch your attention without burning out your stomach or your throat”

I’ve been to the SF location before and recently visited the Walnut Creek location. The outdoor patio is a little oasis despite being in a busy part of town. The food is impeccable and I can tell that every dish is well thought out. It can be hard to find restaurants that are consistently good. Sweet Maple wins. ❤”
