Great service
Very clean
Live piano waa great”
“Food was delicious, we ordered “medium” spice and it was a little too mild for our taste so we’ll order spicy next time. Had Lamb Vindaloo, Chicken Tikka and Veggie Korma with Butter Naan and Indian Pickles, so we kept it simple. Great flavors and everything was very fresh and hot. Restaurant well lit and very pleasant decor, and service was excellent. Highly recommend.”
“This is my first time to dine-in. Plenty of parking on weekdays. Waiting and checking in process is on a tablet, make everything easy.
Their lion king is still the same tasty as some years ago. The only thing not getting 5 stars is the A5 Wagu special dish. The wagu is too thin like ham.... it is not worth to try.”

“If you're like me, and you are obsessed with Xiao Long Bao, you will LOVE this spot.
It can be tough to get solid Dim Sum in the East Bay, so this is a much needed spot in Walnut Creek.
Their Xiao Long Bao are perfection, especially the hot and spicy pork ones.
Their Siu Mai is solid too - highly recommend the shrimp and pork.
Their sautéed string beans with garlic salt are top notch, too. Perfectly seasoned.
This is a great lunch spot, with quick service. Will be back again soon!”
“One of my favorite pizza, I normally visit the one in Ghirardelli Square but I'm happy that we have one in Walnutcreek.
Excellent customer service, all the people who work there are amazing, helpful, corteus, they go above and beyond to make your Dining experience one of a kind.”
“I had a company retirement party lunch. We shared a margarita pizza and salad for appetizer. The pizza was off the charts delicious. The sauce was amazing. We also shared the octopus. The octopus was the best octopus I have eaten in over 30 years. It was five plus stars!!!! However, my lunch entree of halibut chickpeas & zucchini completely missed the mark. The spices and pepper on the halibut destroyed the beautiful delicate fish. The chickpea zucchini and two other unrecognizable, hard bitter crunchy vegetables tasted awful. I was very disappointed at the $32 entree. The person who chose the hamburger said it was tasty but it was huge enough for two meals. The Panini people were so-so. Finally the pasta people absolutely loved their pasta. After tasting the gnocchi it was exceptional, the marinara sauce was off the charts delicious.”

“Moved to the Walnut Creek area about a year ago. Took my son and daughter in law here and loved it. Just took my husband this past Sunday and this place does not disappoint. The atmosphere is great with indoor or outdoor seating. But the food is amazing. We had focaccia bread, spicy vodka rigatoni with grilled chicken and Sunday gravy. This place is a must try.”
“Yum the smell of toasted bagels hits you right away! I ordered the Veggie Bagel with Vegan 🌱 Cream cheese, with an espresso (fyi they have vegan milk options) omg so good and my friend ordered the Original Breakfast Bagel and she loved it!!
All the staff were super friendly! I wish they had smaller tables instead of the large ones that are against the wall. Either way I still had a place to sit and enjoy my bagel with my friend. Please come here!!”
“Excellent food. I eat out a lot and I’ve tried many Thai restaurants in my life. This one is my favorite and the wait staff is awesome. Took family and friends here a few times already. Discovered them over a year ago.”
“I had a takeout pizza from this restaurant last night first of all the customer service was absolutely excellent. The person that answered the phone had a really pleasant customer focused manner , nothing was too much trouble and he was so polite. The pizza was absolutely amazing , I hate anything that is too heavy and it was so light and lovely , the ingredients tasted extremely fresh , I would 100% recommend this place based upon my first experience and I will be back thanks so much 🥰”
“Havana Restaurant is always a vibe. The atmosphere is effortlessly chic, the cocktails are perfectly done, and the overall experience just feels right every time.
Zach, the owner, has created something truly special—you can feel the intention behind it. Jeff, the manager, keeps everything running smoothly without missing a beat, and JP (el Diablo) at the bar is a standout—confident, precise, and always delivers.
It’s the kind of place you don’t just visit once… you keep coming back.”

“What a cute place with great food and atmosphere. Located in walnut creek this little gem of a spot is definitely on our come back to list. Our server was polite and well informed giving great suggestions when asked what should not be missed. Boy he did not steer us wrong. We really enjoyed the Lechon , pork belly with delicious pickled red onion..served on rice bites. Also the sea bass was very much enjoyed. We did start with the wedge salad with amazing blue cheese , very nice. Finished our lunch with some vanilla gelato Affogato...our server was attentive and friendly
Very pretty patio area and they were dog friendly for our poodle as well. Definitely check this place out in Walnut creek. Ee will be going back”
“This is the closest food joint to the hospital and I’ve never been greeted with such kindness and warmth. The owner and even the cooks and other workers are so familiar with all of the customers. Their stories, their family, all of it and it’s so refreshing to see such a positive environment during people’s difficult days from the hospital. 10/10 to the owners and staff. Food was also pretty fire!”

“This is our 4th time having Ellie’s Pizzeria. Our favorite so far is the cheese with the creamy garlic sauce . The all meat is amazing as well as the calzone. Can’t wait to try other things as everything we have tried has been fantastic. Highly recommend eating here 👍🏻”

“I placed a mobile order for pickup and completely messed up my own order by accident. It was just one of those days. I accidentally ordered one coffee with two flavors instead of two separate coffees with one flavor each. I was honestly embarrassed when I realized what I had done, but the barista was so kind and gracious about fixing it. They were clearly SO BUSY but she didn’t make me feel bad or make a fuss about it at all. Of course I paid for the second drink and took responsibility for the mistake, but I really appreciated her patience and great customer service. I wish I had asked for her name. Thank you again!”

“Love everything about Shadowbrook winery. It's a hidden gem tucked right in the Northgate neighborhood. The ambience is stunning just like or better than any other upscale winery in Napa. This last visit we had dinner sharing the special short rib, the Burrata appetizer and the avocado salad and everything was delicious. Love that you can purchase just a glass or a bottle or even a beer if you're non-wine drinker. It's our go to spot when we have friends come in from out of town.”
“Nothing but a 5-star experience at Tanoshi. Great value for their combo - at $14? Am I even living in 2026?! I doubt this will last long... And the food was amazing! Katsu and tempura were very well executed - even stayed crunchy after the whole meal. Raw fish taste fresh. Miso soup was well balanced. The salad was well dressed... What else can I say? Hmmm with such good quality of food and great pricing, their decoration was also very pleasant - their bathrooms were also well decorated!
Ok, nothing is perfect. Two things here. 1 - Low on staff. This place can get very busy and you might have to wait in line for a while. 2 - Shrimp tempura was the biggest disappointment. Microscopic shrimp with a thick blanket of flour. Still, couldn't recommend this place more.”
“The Library Social Club was the PERFECT place for a gathering of old friends. Extensive wine list, tasty small bites, comfortable and elegant setting, attentive service...and truly best of all...the music was loud enough to add ambience, but low enough that we could easily talk and visit. Highly recommend!”
“Vanessa’s Bistro is hands down my favorite restaurant in Walnut Creek. I like to get out and try new places but yet I always find myself coming back to VB2 for amazing food, drinks, staff, and atmosphere. It’s my favorite place to take friends that have never tried it. If you want to impress in a casual way it’s perfect for a first date or girls night out too. Try the Claypot Rice Or Prawns with mango and garlic butter noodles! Potstickers Chicken rolls All of it!”
“Had dinner here specifically to try the non-sushi items and the menu and service did not disappoint. We tried the Tokyo beef, fried lobster, lobster risotto, hamachi crudo, and Walnut Creek roll. I would order everything again. Our favorites were the beef- it came with a great salad that paired well, and the lobster items. Next time I would try a different crudo and roll- the ones we got were great but I want to try other items on their menu. The service was on point. Our server was friendly and had great recommendations. The drinks were good- I had the tequila martini and would order it again. Definitely check this place out for a unique and crafty sushi spot!”
“Wonderful staff, food is fresh and delicious. Consistent quality and warmth of environment. - Don Dikun”

“Prologue is an absolute treasure tucked inside the Walnut Creek Public Library, making it the perfect spot for book lovers and coffee enthusiasts alike. Imagine checking out a book and then cozying up with a delicious cup of coffee and a fresh pastry—it doesn’t get better than this! The highlight of my visit is their Eggspresso. It’s a creamy, velvety masterpiece that pairs the boldness of espresso with an indulgent, smooth texture. A must-try for anyone looking for a unique coffee experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the welcoming presence of the owner adds such a personal touch and extra layer of hospitality to the space which is rare to find. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick pick-me-up or planning to spend the afternoon reading, Prologue is the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended!”
“Taqueria La Plaza is a neighborhood gem!
My husband and I love walking here for lunch: He usually gets a burrito and I go between enchiladas and a breakfast burrito (which is offered ALL DAY!). There are so many meat choices! They throw in a bowl of chips and unlimited access to their salsa bar. I also enjoy their aqua fresca or horchata on occasion.
You can eat indoors or outdoors (both covered and sunny tables), or take your food to go.”
“Had such a great experience :)
Genuine staff who were as sweet as the ice cream - which was already incredible. Had the monkey business which was divine, and the sweet worker made sure that the order wasn’t messed up :)
The black raspberry was just amazing, definitely a highlight of my trip”
“I always make an “excuse” to visit ØL. Such a great vibe, amazing curated selection of brews and down to earth staff. I lived in SF forever and moved out to the East Bay a few years back and this place is equal to or beyond some of the best beer cafes in the city. Huge thanks to the staff here - this place is awesome!”
“I had such a great experience at Nick the Greek in Walnut Creek thanks to Edwin and Tonya. They were so helpful walking me through the menu and making recommendations, and because of them I tried the Chicken Souvlaki Pita for the first time. Now I’m obsessed – I’ve already gone back twice in one week because it’s so good. On top of the delicious food, I genuinely enjoy talking with Edwin and Tonya every time I stop by; they are incredibly kind, friendly, and make the place feel welcoming. I’ll definitely keep coming back!”
“First visit. Everything was delicious. Poutine fries, a side salad, and the Pittsburgh Cheese Steak. Will definitely be back.”
“Great service delicious food cozy atmosphere. Awesome Happy Hour 👍👍👍👍👍”

“Amazing sushi bar! The fish is incredibly fresh and you can really taste the quality in every bite. Everything we ordered was super delicious and beautifully prepared. Great atmosphere and friendly service — definitely one of the best sushi spots. I will absolutely come back to IKOI again!”
“My daughter and I had dinner here tonight. It's a cozy place, very clean, tables well spaced and the service is excellent. We had chicken and lamb kabobs. The meat was nicely spiced, flavorful not hot and cooked to perfection, moist and delicious. We also had the eggplant appetizer and will be ordering that again for sure on our next visit!”

“The best premium frozen yogurt in town!! 🍦 My favorite is the classic chocolate vanilla swirl—it takes me right back to my childhood! 🥰 The owners, Heather and Aron, are the absolute sweetest, and they always create such a welcoming and fun atmosphere no matter the time of day. If you haven't been to Yogurt Spot yet, you’re missing out. Couldn't recommend it more!”
“I really like Pancoast. Wife is a newyorker and Pancoast’s pizza style is right up her alley. They have 4 tap beers and they’re some of the best in Norcal - nice to see somebody cares about great beer. I order to go, get a beer at the bar, and take home. They’re seemingly busy all the time so Pancoast has a following.
Parking sucks, they have to share with their neighboring businesses so plan to get a spot on the street.”
“Authentic Mexican foods and artistic interior design .
They seem to be a part of a Restaurent chain with their own way of management.
They serves fishes and other types of foods. This branch is located in the heart of Walnut Creek shopping area and is far from main street.”
“I cannot say enough good things about Lettuce in Walnut Creek. Every single dish we have tried has been absolutely fabulous and I do not use that word lightly. The flavors are fresh and vibrant, the ingredients are clearly high quality, and you can tell the team puts real love into what they do. Whether you are going for one of their signature salads, grain bowls, or something seasonal, it always hits that perfect balance of healthy and satisfying. It is one of the few places where eating clean does not feel like you are sacrificing taste. In fact, it is the opposite. You will leave feeling nourished and spoiled. The vibe is modern and inviting, the service is warm and efficient, and everything is just beautifully presented. It has become a go to spot for our family, especially when we want something fast but genuinely delicious. Highly recommend for anyone in the Walnut Creek area or passing through. Lettuce is doing something special and it shows in every bite.”
“They’re made to order $1 Taco Tuesday is a tradition in my house! That’s also because our cook (me) gets a break. Everyone in my family loves Taco their Tuesday, even my dog knows what “Taco Tuesday” means and gets excited!
Their tacos are great, very authentic Mexican street food-style. Casual. Limited seating; mostly takeout.
Not strictly Gluten-Free because they have wheat-based flour tortillas or bread for burritos and tortas. So, dicey for celiacs.
Vegetarians should be fine, vegans OK with rice, beans, and tortillas. They can do veggie tacos and tortillas, just like in Mexico, except, there, every is Taco Tuesday.”
“It’s always a lovely time at Tellus coffee! The creative and delicious food and drinks, warm and inviting ambiance (that plant wall just makes me happy) and the super-kind and efficient baristas are the best! Thanks to owner Janae for all her hard work making Tellus a Walnut Creek fave!”
“We love MSK and have been enjoying family dinners here for a couple years now. It’s kid friendly but fancy enough for foodie parents. It’s family owned and strives to carry local seasonal ingredients.”

“The restaurant is the most authentic and upscale Mexican cuisine in California, and you would never know it. I don't write lengthy reviews, but to summarize: - The food is excellent - The drinks are even better! - The staff is kind and extremely polite/professional (despite what some of the haters say below - I don't have skin in the game here so trust me when I say they are lying). - And they play GREAT live music and carry a very fun, safe, and upscale vibe. Tell your friends about it, because all small businesses struggle and this is one I would personally love to see hit 4 stars+ on Yelp and more importantly bring a sense of cultural awareness to one of the best communities in the Bay Area (WC). Love,”

“Jesse made our experience at Ruth’s Chris truly memorable. He was attentive, professional, and offered excellent recommendations of things to do in the area after our meal. He also helped make a birthday celebration feel special in a thoughtful, genuine way. Great service from start to finish—we’ll definitely be asking for him again!”
“I had a wonderful time here! The food was good, not absolutely mind-blowing, but definitely enjoyable, and the presentation was beautiful (the burrata wassss great). What really made the experience stand out was the service. Our waiter was fantastic, very attentive, and the fact that he was bilingual was amazing and made us feel so welcome!”
“The food was incredible. I wanted to order almost everything on the menu. So will have to come back at least couple more times to try everything to look good and we couldn’t order in one night. Our old fashion cocktail and blackberry Mojito were perfect. And I can’t say enough about considerate, professional service.”

“Sweet Maple has had its Walnut Creek location open for a little while now. When it first opened, there were long lines of customers, so we decided to wait before trying it for brunch.
We ordered the Millionaire's Bacon and the Tornado Galbi Omurice. The Millionaire's Bacon consists of two thick-cut strips glazed with a sweet maple coating. It was delicious, although a bit too sweet for our taste. At $15 for two strips of bacon, it may appear somewhat overpriced to some customers.
The Tornado Galbi Omurice was an interesting fusion of Korean and Western cuisine. The dish was flavorful, and the combination of tender galbi, fluffy eggs, and seasoned rice worked very well together.
Both dishes were beautifully prepared and presented, and the service was attentive and friendly. Overall, we had a very enjoyable brunch experience and would recommend Sweet Maple if you're looking for a creative and well-executed brunch.”
“Loved their strawberry matcha! It’s tucked in a small space but it’s a great hidden find. I would definitely go back to give their Filipino menu and ramen station a try. Also parking is slightly difficult but there are a lot of street parking and parking garages nearby.”
“I came just after closing on a Sunday night and the owners son was so loving and accommodating to me and my pregnant wife. He opened up for us and made us a delicious cheese pizza. This kind of loving service is almost nonexistent in today’s society. Thank you guys so much.”
“This place is one of the best places I've ever eaten at. Everything I try is wonderful and I have tried quite a few items! I keep thinking I'm going to need something like mayo, or hot sauce, or whatever... and their items are pretty wonderful without any help. And they are super friendly.”
“Great place overall! The food was excellent. We ordered the 6-piece wings—crispy and perfectly hot—and a personal pizza with sausage and mushrooms. It was the perfect amount for two people.
The kids’ area can get a bit hectic, as many parents sit while their kids run around. It might be helpful to have signs reminding parents that kids should be monitored at all times, especially around the video games. One child accidentally hit me with his sweater, and the parent was nowhere to be found—not Bare Bottle’s fault, just something that could be helped with a gentle reminder.
I also noticed some people using the parking lot for Trader Joe’s parking, so signage there could help as well.
The 21+ section is still developing, and I’m looking forward to seeing it fully come together—I’m hopeful it’ll be just as great as the rest of the space.
Overall, a really great spot and we’ll definitely be back”
“An absolutely mind blowing experience and meal. We went for brunch. We had the halva pancakes and pistachio French toast. The French toast was my favorite. The bread was crunch on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. Great drinks as well. DJs were awesome. Music really set the mood for a good brunch.”
“What a great place to get some pastries! Do you have endless amounts of different kinds in these nice clean cabinets that you can reach in and grab what you'd like to have. Everything there is so delicious and fresh. The staff is kind and helpful and the atmosphere amazing. Treat yourself to something that will blow your mind!”
