“I had such a great experience at Nick the Greek in Walnut Creek thanks to Edwin and Tonya. They were so helpful walking me through the menu and making recommendations, and because of them I tried the Chicken Souvlaki Pita for the first time. Now I’m obsessed – I’ve already gone back twice in one week because it’s so good. On top of the delicious food, I genuinely enjoy talking with Edwin and Tonya every time I stop by; they are incredibly kind, friendly, and make the place feel welcoming. “The chicken gyro bowl here was super good. The food came out really fast and the fries were super fresh. Everything in the bowl was really good, fresh ingredients, and hot. It was the perfect amount of food and the packaging was so cute. We had a miscommunication about the student discount, but the owner reached out to me and was super kind about it. This place is owned by good people and has amazing food! I highly recommend :)“

“I'm not from around here. Finished a work meeting and someone recommended a nearby kebab shop for Shawarma, but I prefer to support local over a chain--I'm sure both would've been good. Food was prepared fresh (didn't seem to be frozen falafel, for example). I ordered the combo (chicken + lamb) shawarma (wrap) with a side of falafel. Was fantastic, hot, prepared quickly, and service was ON POINT. Super friendly. Very pleased with my decision. The dining room isn't anything too special, but the food is what mattered. Highly recommended!“
