“We LOVE this restaurant!! The staff is so nice. The food is always hot & the vegetables taste & look fresh. The spring rolls & fried wontons are crispy like they should be. My husband is crazy about the curried chicken. The hot & sour soup is just spicy enough with fresh ingredients. This is our favorite Chinese restaurant!“
“We found this place on Yelp, and the photos looked interesting. We eagerly walked in without reservations and were greeted by a lovely gentleman who directed us to the check-in station. We were seated by a lovely woman who asked if we had been there before, and we said no. She proceeded to personally walk us through the menu and guide us based on our taste. We chose the cucumber salad. It was a hot day, and the minute we took a bite, we cooled off. It was delicious. The next item was the spicy pork wontons. Fire...they came out piping hot, so be careful, but they were delicious. The pork and shrimp soup dumplings were next. Top-notch and fun to eat. Also piping hot, we love it when our food is hot. We then had the pork pan-fried potstickers. This keeps getting better with every dish. For dessert, we had Banana Naan, white peach ice cream, or banana chocolate chip ice cream--all to die for.“
“The food was excellent! I was with two of my counterparts as we were working in the area (I am from Florida, one counterpart from Las Vegas and the last from Visalia) and we had dumplings, kung pao chicken, sweet and sour pork, Mongolian beef with combination rice. It was absolutely fantastic! The service was incredible and we asked for absolutely nothing during our meal as it was taken care of before we even realized we needed it done.I highly recommend this location as you will not be disappointed.“
“We are always looking for great Chinese food. We have lots of places that we go for Chinese food and most of them are very average. 5 of us ate dinner here a couple of weeks ago. Every dish we had was well prepared, tasty, and flavorful. Mongolian beef, Szechuan pork, lemon chicken, pork fried rice, chow menu were all great. I particularly loved the pot stickers. So many times they are kind of doughy and seem undercooked. These were light, nicely browned and crispy on the outside. Probably the best potstickers I've ever had and I've had a lot. Can't wait to come back.“
“Have eaten at Peony Garden several times. Food is consistently good, atmosphere is nice, service is adequate and matter of fact. More authentic Cantonese dishes. They have a rewards program that needs some work but can be straightened out with some persistence. Would recommend for casual dining.Parking: If you get there early for lunch around 11:30am, you're more likely to get a parking space in the lot. Usually not that difficult-“
“We were seated very fast! Was very busy at lunchtime. I think we only waited 10 minutes. Very friendly and accommodating wait staff as well. The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I love dim sum and they didn't disappoint! The ambience was fine. I like that they are family friendly. Lots of children and elderly people enjoying the experience. I'll be going back!“
“Kung Fu Kitchen in Walnut Creek exceeded my expectations with their exceptional service and genuine hospitality. Despite arriving near closing time, the staff warmly accommodated us and took our order with a friendly attitude. They even offered to let us pay next time when we realized we didn't have cash. The flavors and quality of the food were outstanding, showcasing their attention to detail and authentic taste. The cozy ambiance and tasteful decor added to the overall welcoming atmosphere. Kung Fu Kitchen is a hidden gem that deserves recognition for their remarkable service, delicious cuisine, and unforgettable dining experience.“
