“While fast food places usually get low ratings compared to traditional restaurants. I personally think there should be a separate scale for fast food and this panda location rates near the top for me. They’re fast, food isn’t dry, they don’t skimp on portions and give the actual correct amount whereas I went to another panda near Home Depot in concord and only got 3 pieces of orange chicken bc their manager told them to level out the chicken with the top of the serving spoon…and other pandas I got mostly veggies in my bourbon chicken. This one does right by the customer and also has chopsticks! Also this location actually has Chinese aunties working here and I’ll also occasionally hear Chinese music playing!“

“After a series of disappointing restaurants on our visit to Concord we were so happy when we stopped in here to get some noodles and dumplings. Everything was amazing, flavors were perfect (could have been spicier but this happens often when my ginger self orders spicy food at a new restaurant...) and the noodles were perfectly cooked.“

“The service was unmatched. The staff was so kind. They saw us with our little one and offered us a little bowl of dumplings on the side.
The quality of the Taiwan beef noodles was flavorful and packed with a beautiful balance of noodles and meat. It was a tad bit oily but its nothing unexpected. Their spicy wontons were also really tasty, especially with the vinegar and chili. Overall, the quality and portions were respectable.“

“We got the cold Sichuan spicy noodle, fried beef & Ho Fun, and pork soup dumplings with Thai tea. The food was amazing, definitely recommend getting a cold and hot dish, and the dumplings are very creamy and packed full of soup. The Thai tea could be stronger, but overall still 5 stars!“

“The food is ridiculously good. Like, flavors on point, not overly salty, everything light and tasty. Honestly this is hands down some of the best food in the area. And it’s really not expensive at all for the generous portions. I can’t wait to come back, such a great addition to the area. Definitely give it a try if you want what to me seemed like some of the most authentic Szechuan in the east bay.“

“Stopped by while driving through the area and wasn't familiar with the style of Chinese food or the terminology of the menu, but the woman at the counter explained which menu item was chow mein. Placed my customized order for chicken chow mein (they were out of pork) and used their restroom. I was delighted with the restroom because so many businesses are closing them to the public these days. Came out of the restroom and they were still cooking my dish! They apparently make most of their dishes to order instead of premaking the dishes and keeping them warm. When I got out to my car, the chow mein was so hot I burned my mouth a little bit! I've never had Chinese that fresh in my life! The seasoning was very good and not at all like what I am used to. If you are looking for traditional, boring Chinese food, you don't want to come here. However, if you are interested in fresh Chinese food that's doing it's own thing, give this place a try! The only regret I have is that the portions aren't bigger, because I could have eaten a lot more it was so good!“

“Delicious dumplings in downtown WC- we are so lucky to have you! Showed up for dinner on a Saturday night. I worried with the line of people waiting but we were seated about 5 mins after putting our names on the list. We were a party of 2. So many dumplings to choose from. We got the ginger & scallion noodles, pan fried pork buns, pork won tons. All were delicious and perfect amount of food for 2 people. The service was incredibly quick and staff were friendly. We will be back!“

“Quick delicious General spicy Chicken. Wonderful texture & super hot fresh food. Simple small business in Palos Verde strip mall. I will be back! Food was ready in 10 minutes or so! Not greasy. Quality chicken and for $17.52 I got a huge portion of chicken and a small rice. Lunch specials are $12.95-13.95 Monday-Friday. Thanks Kung Fu Kitchen!
Parking: Lots of free parking. I even charged my EV at the charging station in front of Rite Aid.“

“This is one of my two favorite Chinese places in the Bay Area. I've been going there for like 15 years, miss them a lot when I'm in DC working. It's a very affordable place, the lunch deluxe deal is unbeatable. They can also do dishes that are not in the menu for the connoisseurs like pak chit kai, the traditional steamed half hen with a tangy and tasty ginger garlic scallion condiment. It's no frills, but we are not here for a Michelin experience but to eat really delish Chinese Cantonese plates. And the owners are always really nice and they speak Spanish (at least some, and they are funny)“

“The dishes were authentic Sichuan flavors. The lamb soup, in particular, was exceptionally tender and flavorful. If you’re a fan of spicy food, this place is a must-visit. The staff were both friendly and attentive, ensuring we were well cared for throughout our meal. I’ll definitely be returning to explore more of the menu!“

“There were five of us. All 7 dishes were delicious. It was the best Hot and Sour soup I've ever had. Service was impeccable; attentive without hovering. Prices were quite reasonable.

“This spot is walking distance from me, so on the days I feel lazy it’s affordable and the menu has healthy options.
3 stars because the quality could be better. I usually like to order a lunch special - the soups could be more generous with the egg drop. Also every now and then I bite into an egg shell in my egg fried rice - I get it happens sometimes with cooking eggs esp if they’re moving fast but not the most pleasant thing to experience when you’re eating. The service is friendly, and they pack the meal nicely to go.“

“Was looking for a place to eat on my birthday new years day, my stepbro picked it out, he said he ate there 20 yrs ago, I was reluctant as it looked outdated and empty, but I was surprised when the food came in quickly, the staff was friendly and the plates of food were huge! I kept asking my bro if he accidentally ordered family size, nope. We ordered egg rolls, 1 order must have had 10 pieces! Delicious spare ribs, wonton soup, honey walnut prawns (jumbo!) Mongolian beef, they gave us almond cookies instead of fortune, that was a nice change, there was so much food leftover to take home, I'll be going back, I don't know how they can afford to give so much for so little $, very reasonable.the only thing was the place was so cold, we were both freezing. no heat!“

“stumbled across this place while doing my laundry across the street. Late Sunday evening and it was still open for business , SO I immediately scoped out the Reviews. I was Pleasantly Surprised that this place had sooo many good reviews but was empty! we took a chance &Ordered anyways . I requested half orders bat was told NO by the only employee present.Only two of US so I was disappointed that I couldn't but Sucked it up anyways ended up paying few cents Short of $50...for food for two! ouch ?However . the food was really good! ordered BBQ pork fried rice chicken Chow men orange chicken egg rolls &chicken wings. Rice slightly dry do to the BBQ pork but the Chow mein was perfect. So Next time I will order the chicken fried rice too the Orange Chicken was delicious too!my only complaint is not offering smaller portions because We had so much leftover that I could still feed a small army! But other than that very good and will definitely be back!“

“Excellent. I'm surprised I did know about this place before. It's literally next to the Las Lomas High School
Across from Kaiser on Main Street. They have a private parking lot, street parking and an outdoor seating area that overlooks the creek.
The decor is wonderful. Service here was great too. Food, was great. I didn't know they did dim sum dishes. I took a few photos of what we got there. Great date night place too. I added this as one of the better dim sum places to go in my dim sum bookmarks.
I definitely planning on coming back, perhaps for dinner. Delicious dim sum.“

“The food was great. I ordered the szechwan shrimp. It was so tasty and really filling. Portions were enough at good prices. Great atmosphere and nice hometown setting. The service was non-intrusive but they always knew when I would need something like a water refill. I will definitely come back when in the area.

“I have been going to the place since I was a little kid and it was across the street. The entire time I have been eating here the food has been consistently excellent and can't really go wrong with what you choose.
With the move across the street they gained an outdoor seating area, which is next to the sidewalk.
Decent selection of beer and wine.
Parking: Very busy area and it can be difficult to find parking.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are very welcome here. I am surprised that my brothers and sisters (there were 9 of us) never got kicked out as kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Gentle slope to get into the restaurant. The wide front door is usually open. There is a lot of room to maneuver around tables.“

“This is by far my favorite Chinese food place in the Bay Area. I will literally drive here from Oakley because it is better than all the others around. The staff is extremely kind and is amazing at multitasking when busy. Today was super busy that the 2 staff members were cleaning tables, taking orders, bringing checks, bringing food, taking care of Togo orders, all with a smile on their face. I had to wait to be seated because there was no open tables, but they got to me quick and people where still lining out the door. First time it was this busy. I still got my food in a timely manner and was checked on multiple times to make sure my drink was full.“

“I'm really glad I tried this local place. I had the teriyaki grilled chicken, and the shrimp fried rice, and both were excellent. The chicken had more grilled color on it, and was less fatty than the Panda Express version. The portions were very generous. Probably the best fast-food chinese food I've had in a loooong time :)“

“I have been to a bunch of Chinese restaurants in the area, but I always keep coming back to Leo's. The food is just better here, and some of the best Chinese cuisine you'll find in the East Bay. The unassuming family-run restaurant is rather small, but the service is excellent, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. And they are very agreeable to modifying a dish to suit your taste. The menu is large and features some unique dishes. The tangerine beef was a perfect combination of sweet, tangy, and crispy... almost like eating candy. And the dried cooked green beans are a regular favorite for me, crunchy and flavorful. They have a full bar and wine list too. Always a good meal here.“

“The place is unkempt at times, yet I still find myself coming here a lot for their fried chicken dinner meal. Delicious, it also comes with some in-house made venegrate/pickled veggies, which reminds me of the shops on the countryside of Vietnam, delicious.
Their other dishes are great too.“

“Food was amazing - reminder the portions are family sized for sharing. One $3 side of white rice is enough for two people. The sesame chicken was indeed the best I’ve ever had. The potstickers with peanut sauce were also delicious. We sat outdoors, the fall weather was perfect.
The service is what it is - they’re trying to accommodate demand and turn tables as fast as they can. While we were in no way rushed, refills or getting staffs attention is almost impossible.“

“I liked the food, the staff and service were great, atmosphere was good. They give you cold water about as soon as you enter today (100F day in October) so that was a nice touch.
The Dan Dan & Yibin noodles both had good flavor, I'd only dock them for how thin the noodles were. I def like a thicker noodle. Portions are on the small size but prices reflect that and I enjoy getting to order more items and try more things without investing $20 on one plate. So that was nice as well.“

“It’s incredible, I’ll let the pictures show how delicious- and it’s take out this time! Dishes are Mongolian beef, and a beef chow mein. I order quite often for take out, and love the pot stickers and many other dishes on the menu. Large portions, packed with care. The inside is also lovely with big comfy booths and wonderful table service. Really a treat to enjoy whether you eat in or take out.
Parking: Plenty of parking, especially around the side“

“The General Chicken 左宗雞 had several stand-out qualities. First, the sauce used to stir-fry the chicken was rich, flavorful, and balanced—both tangy and sweet with just the right amount of heat. The portion size was generous, with plenty of chicken to go around, which I appreciated. Another plus was the way the broccoli was incorporated. There weren't too many pieces, and they were the same size as the chicken, making it easy and pleasant to eat together.
That said, the chicken lost its crispiness due to the steam inside the takeout container. By the time I dug in, the once-crispy coating had become soft and was falling off the chicken, which was a bit of a letdown.
I also ordered the Shrimp Fried Rice 蝦炒飯 , and while the flavor was absolutely fantastic, I did encounter a minor issue with the shrimp. A couple of them still had their digestive tracts intact, which I had to remove before eating. Although it's a small detail, it detracted from the otherwise great experience.“

Vegetarian options: Alot of their dishes are without meat. You can also ask them to make the dishes you want minus the meat aspect and they will.
Wheelchair accessibility: It is very wheelchair friendly. It's 1 floor with wide aisles and doors.“

“We got the family dinner for 2, option A came with - wonton soup, spring rolls, sweet and sour pork, chicken fried rice, assorted veggies and sesame ball. They let us substitute the pork out for general tsos chicken which was great!
We loved the soup, it was hearty and flavorful. Everything was obviously fresh and hot, and the servings were generous especially the fried rice. We were initially skeptical about the sesame ball dessert but it was delicious and we enjoyed it. Will definitely return!“

“The food here is always excellent. The only thing we ever got that we didn't like was the hot and sour soup, as we thought it too sweet.
The restaurant can be hard to find. It is around the back of the building from the parking lot. There is wheelchair access to the left and stairs to the right.
The majority of the seating is inside with one table outside.
Kid-friendliness: What's not kid friendly about a Chinese restaurant?!

“It got very busy for lunch on Sunday but we arrived just before the lunch rush. The menu I favored was not in english. The 짜장면 (black bean sauce noodle) may not have been exactly what I was imagining, but was still good. The 짬뽕 (spicy seafood noodle soup) hit the spot. The side dish, 소고기 탕수육 (sweat sour crispy beef) was the favorite.“
