I was really heartbroken when I moved from SF to Concord because that meant not being able to buy food from my favorite Chinese restaurant. Shan Shan low restaurant was able to glued my heart back together again. The food here is extraordinary. Flavors are always on point. I decided to dine here for lunch. The dining room is spacious and easy to maneuver from table to table. I ordered the sweet and sour pork lunch special. It came with a soup and fried egg roll. It was a nice start. When my entree arrived, I was pleased to see that they serve it separately from the rice. It was a big portion and delicious. Service was quick and friendly. I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant if you are shopping around the 99 Ranch Market area.
