“Clean and friendly staff. We visited here because searching for vegan food concord sent us. Lots of vegan options clearly marked and everything is at least vegetarian. Food was simple in flavor but fantastic. Broccoli beef was shockingly like the original - couldn’t tell it was vegan! Chicken curry was great also. Best was the chicken drumsticks appetizer. Texture and seasonings were perfect“

“Brasas do Brazil is an amazing place for a birthday celebration. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but the food was absolutely worth it. The quality of the meats was excellent, and everything we tried was delicious.

The service was also outstanding. They even brought out a dessert and sang Happy Birthday in Portuguese, which made the celebration extra special.

I was already so full that day, and my only regret was that I couldn’t eat more! Great food, great service, and a really fun experience. Definitely an awesome restaurant for a special occasion.“

“OMG 😳 The Ceviche (not counting my wife’s handmade ceviche) is the best I have ever tasted, and I’ve tasted a lot of ceviche. It’s soooo good. I had the Mango 🥭 Avocado 🥑 Shrimp 🍤 Ceviche it was like an explosion of flavors in my mouth, I couldn’t stop eating it. Great tacos 🌮 everything was beyond my expectations. I have probably walked by Puesto’s a hundred times but not anymore it will be my restaurant of choice when in Concord you have to try it. Sorry no picture of the Ceviche 😋“

“Mai Thai is our go-to for Thai food. We chose it over Naung Mai in Oak Harbor initially because of the price difference, but the portions are bigger and there's more of your chosen meat/protein in the soups and entrees. That said- be aware you have to LIKE SPICE. Recently it has been difficult to get "spice 1", which should just be a hint. If you say "no spice", it's OK, but not Thai, right? But if there's a difference between 1 and 4, I can't tell. Our Pho soup tonight (spice 1) was burning our throats. The pad thai was OK at spice 1, but still quite a bit spicier than I would assume 1 would be. This is a new development for this restaurant, so it is probably a new chef. Just BE AWARE. Anyway, most people complain the food in the PNW is too bland, so you won't have that problem, at least! And as far as ordering, we use the online app. Add five mins to the time it says your pick up is ready. It is never ready. Door Dashers use this place constantly, and they clog the order process. There is indoor dining, but we have never used it, thanks to Covid protocols. Also- a final word on parking. The parking lot has been sectioned off from looping through the driver's ed school next door. Therefore the lot is super tough to turn and get out. You are better off parking along the strip by the salon to the left of the restaurant and walking up. Please be careful in this area of town at night.“

“We just started going here on a whim and we've been twice now. Service and food are consistently very good. I appreciate the consistency. The shrimp tacos are excellent, their carnitas are almost as good as mine 😉, and we reeeeaaaly like the flavors of their salsas maybe a little more spice for my husband (he likes a sauce to punish him!). “My husband and I were casually looking for a sushi place to eat for dinner and discovered this gem!
The location has ample parking and we did not have a wait time. We decided to dine in and since it was just the two of us at the restaurant, we opted for dining at the bar!
Service was so fast and we did not expect how fresh the fish was gonna be! We were so impressed with the quality that we ordered more on top of our initial order!
We ordered the Bento B, Mrs. White Roll and tuna nigiri! We were WOW’d by the fish quality that we ordered tuna and salmon sashimi and were even more impressed with the big thick cuts that served!
Safe to say we will be coming back and bringing more people with us next time!“

“Located at The Veranda in Concord, the restaurant has a bright, clean, and upscale setting.

We ordered the Firecracker Shrimp, Maui Salmon, and Lobster Garlic Noodles. All three dishes were nicely presented and tasted good. We especially enjoyed the Lobster Garlic Noodles, which were pretty flavorful.

Overall, a nice dining experience. We’ll definitely come back to try some of the other interesting items on the menu!“

“Pleasant atmosphere that gives a modern yet peaceful. Service was exceptional, was down to earth and well paced with good suggestions. Food was GREAT, had the Pad Thai with chicken and an order of pot stickers and the lemonade. Everything paired so well together and the plating was great. The pictures do not do the pot stickers justice.

“Tony the owner has done a terrific job in creating a local rotating craft beer house. The staff are tremendously friendly, samples are always available before you get a full pint! Sunday Funday is my favorite, with live music until 5pm. Great place to hangout, have some awesome fried cheese curds and wings, kid friendly as well. Checks all the boxes!“

“Not the cheapest burger compared to fast food burgers, but they are supposedly charbroiled here and the burgers are quite large. The fries are more restuarant quality than fast food quality here, and they are friendly here.

I used to go to a Best Burger in San Leandro like 30 years ago. That one is no longer there. The menu and burgers here seem the same, so it brings back memories.“

And huge thanks and shout out for carrying a couple of solid “craft” non-alcoholic beers (I love that option for the times that I’m not drinking alcohol, or the times that I'm only having one drink with alcohol before switching over to something else for the rest of the evening). “November 13th, around 4:50 PM aimlessly walking around decovering new places to see and dine in when I stumbled upon ANARKALI ( Pakistani/Halal/Indian ) The lady who took my order made me feel like I was the only one there (even though I was for a while) She made sure I toured the restaurant/store with a light and easy futter. My order took longer than expected by her, but honestly, I watched her put my meal together, and it was not rushed... She repeatedly apologized, but honestly, I loved the dedication to the craft. Another customer came in as well as a delivery order, but she gave all of us special attention. I loved how I felt in the atmosphere as well as wonderful. The food was prepared. 5 out of 5 stars 💜💜💜💜💜 Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!!“

“This is one of the best izakaya spots around here. The owners and staff are very friendly, and it looks like they have a lot of regular customers.

I ordered a few dishes to enjoy with some good sake. The yakitori was a bit disappointing since it lacked that smoky, grilled flavor. I wouldn’t recommend it.

However, the steamed clams were excellent—perfect as a drinking snack. The fried herring was so delicious that we finished it in no time. Lastly, I had ochazuke, which was absolutely satisfying and something I’d definitely order again.

“I bought a pair of work boots next door and was drawn this to cozy looking restaurant. Inside it's nice and dim and homey. All of the people working there were so nice and I could hear them catching up with regular customers. I ordered soft tofu stew and it was exactly what I needed, warm and filling and flavorful. “Sooooo, my husband took me to this place because I’ve never been and wanted a really good burger. It had 4.5 rating so I took a chance. I’m glad I did. When we walked in we were greeted warmly. It’s a hole in the wall vibe but very clean. Our chef was Serena, and boy oh boy did she craft us an amazing tasting double cheeseburger. We even asked for a medium cook and she delivered. We also ordered the onion rings, French fries, and a pineapple shake. These are a MUST!

We had grilled pork Vietnamese sandwiches, grilled pork vermicelli bowl, spring rolls, and BBQ pork and wonton pho. (can you tell we love grilled pork?) the pork was delicious! “I had such a wonderful dining experience here recently. The quality of the food was impressive and every plate was presented beautifully.

Everything tasted so fresh. I especially loved the bento box, which came with a perfect slice of orange and some really delicious, crispy dumplings. It is rare to find a spot that puts this much care into their presentation and flavor profiles.
