“Just picked up my chicken soup this afternoon,my granddaughter wanted to go to the park,I ordered it over the phone and they said 10 minutes but we stayed at the park for. 45 minutes the soup and croissant was still hot not warm but hot my granddaughter loved the bread man lol“

The owner and servers were incredibly kind and friendly, making us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our visit. The food was delicious — every dish was flavorful, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. To top it all off, they surprised us with a celebratory toast and a song for our anniversary, which made the night even more memorable and special. That personal touch meant so much to us. “Best vibes for sure! Met Westley who told us about the place during a visit to Napa, and we're so glad we stopped by! It happened to be 80s prom nigh, and it felt like the entire little town of Benicia was there to party. Young to old. Everyone was all smiles, dancing, and courteous. The live band was top notch. Bartenders were personable and attentive. It had a real small town, close knit feel. Everyone knew and loved Westley. Nicest guy. We didn't try any food, so no notes there. Hopefully we'll make our way there again someday.“

No skimping with the toppings and was exactly as pictured on the website, so no false advertising. Sauce was just right. Enjoyed the classic crust, too, but may try the thin crust text time.“

From the moment we walked in, we felt like guests in a welcoming place, after a long day of appointments, we were in search of refuge in the form of chips and salsa, a stiff drink and maybe a plate of nachos before an hour long trek back home to SF. We had the street tacos, rice and beans with chips and salsa. Delicious is an understatement! If you want awesome food, a nice place to eat, indoors or out, OR you prefer street side at a table to people watch, indoors for air conditioning, or there's ALSO - the back courtyard with shade and privacy, plenty of seating, fans for hot days or heat lamps for cold nights... “Nice little neighborhood bar in downtown Benicia off first street. Open pretty late but still closes earlier than 2am. They have late night eats, TVs, and a happy hour menu. The bartenders were friendly and helped us with our drinks and their food menu didn’t look bad. Both indoor and outdoor space. Parking isn’t too hard as there is plenty of street parking around this area. Their starburst, gummy bear, and green tea shots during happy hour are $5 and pretty tasty and sweet.“

“I ​happen to be in Benicia pet sitting for a friend. I don't even live in Benicia. I TRIED to order PIZZA AT 10:00 PM...they close at 11:00 pm On the website there is a special: small pizza ÷ toppi g or speciality$12.99 plus fountain drink Sounds great! I was going to get some garlic cheese bread as well. I call in to place my order and they told me I have to place it online... so I go back to the website and they're "not currently taking online orders". So I called back to the store and do you think that they would honor it or give me some sort of discount so I can get dinner tonight? NO! This was absolutely horrible customer service by both the male and female I spoke to. Absolutely insane to tell someone you have to order online but you can't order online. When I talked to the female she said my boss is the only one that can turn off the online ordering and I don't know why he would do that . ME EITHER...w you got a whole hour before you close! This restaurant DOES NOT even deserve any STARS! Not to mention the snarkiness of the female and the male that answered both times when I called. When I asked who the owner was she wouldn't give me that information and simply told me to call back tomorrow afternoon and speak to someone named AJ. I thought Benicia Pride themself on being a nice cozy wonderful town...but this certainly wasn't any of that. Shame on you!! I will also be contacting corporate along with posting on Tick Tock Instagram Facebook Yelp all of the above. The way I was treated they deserve all the bad press! Maybe next time they'll think about how they treat and talk to a customer or better yet get these folks better customer service training!!!“
