I call in to place my order and they told me I have to place it online... so I go back to the website and they're "not currently taking online orders". So I called back to the store and do you think that they would honor it or give me some sort of discount so I can get dinner tonight? NO! This was absolutely horrible customer service by both the male and female I spoke to. Absolutely insane to tell someone you have to order online but you can't order online. When I talked to the female she said my boss is the only one that can turn off the online ordering and I don't know why he would do that . ME EITHER...w you got a whole hour before you close! This restaurant DOES NOT even deserve any STARS! Not to mention the snarkiness of the female and the male that answered both times when I called. When I asked who the owner was she wouldn't give me that information and simply told me to call back tomorrow afternoon and speak to someone named AJ. I thought Benicia Pride themself on being a nice cozy wonderful town...but this certainly wasn't any of that. Shame on you!! The pizza is authentic - thin, Brooklyn-style dough and tremendous red sauce. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and they don't skimp on the toppings, either.

Whenever I order takeout, I always order some meatballs, too. They're packed with flavor, light, and come with a generous serving of their delicious marinara.

Vinnie's also has fantastic handmade desserts - both their tiramisu and cannoli are fantastic.

Oh, and they make REALLY tasty garlic knots as well. You're going to want 2 orders, trust me.

I'll also add that the staff and owner are super friendly, generous people. They've donated gift cards and t-shirts to my daughter's school auction multiple times, and are genuinely kind, caring folks. Vinnie's will forever be my go-to to-go pizza place!“

“The first order taker took forever with the ladies right before me. I probably waited over 20-30min. He didn't explain the sizes well and misrepresented the price. The sauce was only in the middle, far from the edge and the cheese was worse.

The saving grace was the manager who made things right. I forgot her name unfortunately. She was attentive and wanted to make sure I was taken care of.

The guy firing the pizza seemed to know whose pizza was whose when they came out. If that makes sense. A bit tired right now. 😅“
