I have to always say “light” mustard, light cranberry etc..They are fairly busy. “Been coming here for a while and it's still the best sandwiches I've ever had! It took a while to make but worth it, friendly staff, and even if you don't finish it's still good if you reheat (in my opinion). 10/10 recommend and I think the hunter pence is the best.“
“I've been so impressed with their menu, decor & service. I've eaten a variety of food items in the many visits I've made there. It's a fresh venue with everything set up very well. You get to select from a broad range of salads & sandwiches to choose from with some unique items. I'm very fond of their beet salad which is loaded with nuts, chicken & of course beets. Ordering is quick & every server I've met was so pleasant. There's great outdoor seating to enjoy & their crisp blue & white umbrellas transports you to an European cafe.“
“the website order tool is terrible, you have to scroll to get all the way down to Walnut Creek, the basket cart doesn't remember who you are, so if you back up one click too many the cart is gone and you have to start over from scratch. and it doesn't remember anything from your past orders to make it easy to reorder. primitive backwards.it's been that way for a year so you are losing lots of business. get with it and fix it. I'll try again in 6 months.everything else is absolutely five star.“
“Fast food is somewhat scared in the city but glad to know that once in a while I can have some subway. The place was steady with one person but she managed well. She made eye contact and greeted patrons waiting. If you're picking up online orders, they are behind the counter. Some coupons are honoured here so double check that. Inside is spacious, a bit warm, and a small patio which is a nice touch. Nothing too great but efficient.“
“Always less crowded than other branches, so there is not much of a wait time. The employees are good with portions they are including, so one doesn't have to fight it. My only complaint, is that sometimes shortage of workers can make the customers wait for a good couple minutes, it's only because there is often a single employee active at the branch but other than that, everything is solid!“

“I’ll give it 4.5 stars. It’s a chain sandwich spot. Bread was solid. Sandwich was good and hit the spot, but it’s not earth shattering. Staff was courteous. Come here for a solid sandwich. It feels very corporate-sandwich-shop-ish inside so I ate and left. I was wondering how this place earned 4.9 stars and found the note on the tables where they offer a free gift for a review. I am personally not a fan of that, so I wanted to share. Overall a solid chain sandwich spot.“
“My daughter and I came here today for lunch to go. It was our first visit and the customer service was excellent and friendly. We brought our sandwiches home and they are amazing. Super fresh and huge (lunch and dinner) definitely a great new find“
“Ordered online for pickup. Got the Kids PB&J for my son, Got Beef Sandwich for myself, and the Ruben Sandwich for my husband. Portion sizes were good. My son is starting to be picky but he enjoyed the PB&J and ate the whole thing. The Got Beef Sandwich was tasty. The ratio of bread, meat and veggies was perfect. Will definitely order again. My husband's favorite sandwich is the Ruben and he said this hit the spot. He said they put more sauerkraut than he expected but he didn't mind it one bit. It was also a nice surprise to find cookies in the bag. Always love a sweet treat after a meal.“
