“My favorite Starbucks in the area!! This is such an easy, quick, and accessible location. There’s always people here, and I used to think it was a con when they went to only outdoor seating, but I’ve ended up quite liking it, even if I’m doing work. The staff here are all friendly and attentive and it just makes my day whether I’m coming here in the morning or afternoon.“

“Not as hectic and frenzied as other Starbucks, this lowkey Tice Valley location has a great closing crew led by extraordinarily gracious Erick.

Though quite busy at register, he welcomed every customer and once the line dissipated, Erick quickly assisted his colleagues as they whipped up various orders. Initially, my drink was a bit watery, so Erick took it upon himself to personally remake it and did so with excellent—and humorous—customer service.

“I love this location! The staff is super friendly and I always get really speedy service.

Also, to the people who complained that they had to buy something to use the bathroom, that is a very common practice for businesses and should not be a surprise to you.“

“Perhaps one of the busiest Starbucks locations you will visit, especially on a weekend. There is no seating indoors because it's just such a small store with so much people traffic. I would say the baristas try their hardest and I've never had an issue with a drink or food item I've ordered here.
Any issues with this store I feel tend to be more with the amount of customers that insist on shopping here even when they see a long line. When there's a rush it's understandable if a drink doesn't necessarily come out as expected. So either be okay with that possibility, waiting a long time, or pick a different place to go.
I mean it's a Starbucks. There are so many other locations in Walnut Creek, especially in the Broadway Plaza area that if this one doesn't satisfy you, go walk maybe 5-10 minutes and find one that does..“
