“This is a review about the Starbucks on 2292 N. Main in Walnut Creek. This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to and it’s thanks to its atmosphere and friendly people working there. I would like to acknowledge Alejandro, June, Josephine, my Italian friend and many others because everyone there is just friendly and fun and hard working! “My favorite Starbucks in the area!! This is such an easy, quick, and accessible location. There’s always people here, and I used to think it was a con when they went to only outdoor seating, but I’ve ended up quite liking it, even if I’m doing work. The staff here are all friendly and attentive and it just makes my day whether I’m coming here in the morning or afternoon.“

“I just want to thank “Brianna” the starbucks Barista who works at the Safeway’s branch. She has is professional, friendly and fast. In fact, I had the best “Frappuccino Moca” ever I had from Starbucks and Brianna can make a very delicious and tasty Frappuccino. “Not as hectic and frenzied as other Starbucks, this lowkey Tice Valley location has a great closing crew led by extraordinarily gracious Erick.

Though quite busy at register, he welcomed every customer and once the line dissipated, Erick quickly assisted his colleagues as they whipped up various orders. Initially, my drink was a bit watery, so Erick took it upon himself to personally remake it and did so with excellent—and humorous—customer service.

Very pleasant café experience thanks to Erick who’s truly an asset to not only the Tice Valley location but also to Starbucks overall.“

I just spent 3 days at an airport for the computer wipeout in Atlanta and horrible service and it was so refreshing to come back to kindness and the BEST tasting coffee! “I’ve never dined in at this Starbucks before but frequently do a pickup order midday & the associates remember me and are always nice. Also, super quick too! Some shifts can be very unfriendly though and fail to ask people who’ve been waiting 10+ minutes on a mobile order (and even avoid letting you ask a question by keeping busy)—most of the time though, it’s a very friendly crew.

Parking definitely sucks at this marketplace, so don’t do the same mistake as everyone else and just “temporarily” park in the middle of the road and expect your drink to be ready immediately lmao!“

“Thanks to my sister in Chicago I was giving a gift card to Starbucks. This was my first time in my life going and I was geeked. Due to social distancing I couldn't eat there but found a nice park. I had a turkey breakfast sandwich, danish and berry drink. Delicious“

“Perhaps one of the busiest Starbucks locations you will visit, especially on a weekend. There is no seating indoors because it's just such a small store with so much people traffic. I would say the baristas try their hardest and I've never had an issue with a drink or food item I've ordered here.
Any issues with this store I feel tend to be more with the amount of customers that insist on shopping here even when they see a long line. When there's a rush it's understandable if a drink doesn't necessarily come out as expected. So either be okay with that possibility, waiting a long time, or pick a different place to go.
I mean it's a Starbucks. There are so many other locations in Walnut Creek, especially in the Broadway Plaza area that if this one doesn't satisfy you, go walk maybe 5-10 minutes and find one that does..“

Also, to the people who complained that they had to buy something to use the bathroom, that is a very common practice for businesses and should not be a surprise to you.“
