“I recently visited this Starbucks location and received THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced. I was greeted by the baristas (Angeline and Rai) who were very warm and friendly, and offered me a sample of a drink to recommend. They went above and beyond my expectations as a customer and made my day. Very impressed by this store.“

“Its a good place to eat and hang around. The food and drink is AMAZING but services...that not much. The staff are kinda rude, once a staff member got my drink wrong and when I ask if she could remake it, she rolled her eyes at me and said sure...when it was HER fault...like sorry you can't make a drink right. Like she here acting like I was the one who made the order wrong but ok. And this ain't the first and I know damn well it won't be the last. But overall the place is chill and cozy to hang around.“

“I was visiting from out of town and used to live in this area. Always a great experience in this location. The employees are always so nice. And service is always great. Although parking is limited, but its never an issue to park around the plaza and walk across the way. Miss this place“

Kid-friendliness: I order drink in decaf or something that doesn't contain a bunch of sugar for my kid. They have kids hot coco and cake pops also“

Wheelchair accessibility: The one door in & out has a ramp that's not too steep, and the doors are assist-open (if you push a little bit, they open the rest of the way)“

They are very responsible on telling the customers if they are behind and the orders is going to take time to be made. They are friendly also make you want to be there friend.
