Starbucks in Concord

“Went in on a Friday late morning for a quick coffee and snack and received the friendliest and accommodating service ever from any Starbucks I've visited. My wife and I made our order and sat down to chat and right when each of our items were prepared one of the staff (Susie, 10/5 stars amazing hostess with the mostess) had brought our items to us and made us feel very appreciated. Drinks were great, atmosphere was pleasant, environment was clean, and staff were very friendly. Thank you for a wonderfully unexpected experience!“

“Its a good place to eat and hang around. The food and drink is AMAZING but services...that not much. The staff are kinda rude, once a staff member got my drink wrong and when I ask if she could remake it, she rolled her eyes at me and said sure...when it was HER fault...like sorry you can't make a drink right. Like she here acting like I was the one who made the order wrong but ok. And this ain't the first and I know damn well it won't be the last. But overall the place is chill and cozy to hang around.“

“Thank you to the staff who get up in the middle of the night to open this location at 330am. I have some days i need to be at work by 5 and this was the only thing open. And i mean the ONLY thing. Service is always lightning fast and food has always been fresh and tasty.“

“I was visiting from out of town and used to live in this area. Always a great experience in this location. The employees are always so nice. And service is always great. Although parking is limited, but its never an issue to park around the plaza and walk across the way. Miss this place“

“They kinda took to long compared to other Starbucks . They had a different system of taking a bunch of orders and then getting them served faster than mine

Kid-friendliness: I order drink in decaf or something that doesn't contain a bunch of sugar for my kid. They have kids hot coco and cake pops also“

The whole team is wonderful, but Bri stands out because she consistently shows kindness, professionalism, and calm patience. People like her make a difference in someone’s day, and I really appreciate her for that.“

Wheelchair accessibility: The one door in & out has a ramp that's not too steep, and the doors are assist-open (if you push a little bit, they open the rest of the way)“

“By far thee best Starbucks.. and I’ve visited a few all over the country and in a few other countries. Every encounter I’ve had with staff has been absolutely amazing and full of smiles/laughter. Their customer service is unmatched. Getting my morning coffee has become one of the highlights of my day.“
