This starbucks in concord have some nice helpful employees because they are friendly and helpful they treat there customers with respect. They are very responsible on telling the customers if they are behind and the orders is going to take time to be made. They are friendly also make you want to be there friend. Good job everyone keep up the hard work.
Stopped by to get the Mrs. & I some drinks and food. We were serviced by Abigal and she was absolutely amazing. She was warm, welcoming and comical. Just what we needed after a long Monday. Hopefully, we see her again.

Starbucks Coffee Company has a very kind atmosphere. The team is wonderful, with individuals who show genuine care and respect, kindness, professionalism, and calm patience. The customer service is always really good. The drive thru is long to get drinks, but it is a second Starbucks in the area, opened next to Big Lots. Baristas manage mobile, drive thru, and cafe orders. The summer berry apple juice refresher with raspberry flavor drops is interesting. People recommend this place.
