Placed a mobile order of 3 drinks and 2 food items. Was told be ready at 915am, 2 of the drinks and food was done, the last drink was not. Did not leave the store till 10am. 45 minutes waiting on one drink left from my order. I asked a few times and was told someone was working on it. Another guy said lots of mobile orders came in. I get that but finish one order first. Went to cashier and she made it on the spot. Please work on customer service and checking orders to see if it's complete.

Would give this location 0 stars if possible. So slow every time I go, even if I place my order on the app from my house way ahead of time. It's the absolute worst one I've ever been to and that's saying a lot for Starbucks.

I've been to this location twice via the drive thru. They are very fast and efficient, especially compared to the drive thru Starbucks On Alhambra. Today there were a few cars in front of me but I was in an out of the drive thru in less than 5 minutes. They seem to have a lot of people working there because they are so fast! As I got my order I saw they put these cute sticker on the lid. It's the little things that can make your day!

0 stars would be more accurate. I was originally so happy to have this location open up. For the past several months been nothing but issues to the point I will no longer even go to this location (I know you don't care)Drinks are never consistent. Either it's handed off to me lukewarm, or the espresso takes burnt. They are also the only location that will charge me $4.75 for a tall water with strawberry inclusions- all other locations only charge the add-ons, which is like $0.80-$1.20, I'm not 100% sure, but it's for sure not $4.75! The inside of the store is not well maintained and there's always trash everywhere... so I highly suggest going through the drive-thru if you must visit this location.... todos santos and the location next to kohl's offer both friendlier & knowledgable staff, as well as better drinks.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I given this place so many chances and every time they blow it. They continuously give me the wrong drink every time ( I order a white mocha with an and shot it’s not complicated ) and it what they do give me literally taste horrible. It’s really frustrating to be stuck in traffic with a $7 “mocha” that’s undrinkable cuz it taste horrible. 711 next door has better coffee.

I just went in to get a venti Iced gingerbread latte. And they had my oder wrong 3 different times. + The stupid asian looking girl working there named Alicia made me pay an extra $.80 because apparently it was my fault they kept getting my order wrong. So upsetting.

I given this place tons of chances to change my opinion because it's extremely convenient for me being around the corner, but the quality of drinks I get from her is absolutely abysmal. Half of the time I don't get the drink I ordered and if I do it tastes really bad. It's a $7 cup of coffee I expected it be at least drinkable. The staff is polite but they just stare at you because they hear this constantly. The Google reviews are all 1 stars and riddled with people complaining over the same thing. You need to train at least 1 person at this store. I emptied out my drink this morning because I couldn't drink it. I hope something changes here.

PLEASEEEE train your employees how to make a drink. Not one drink I have ordered from this place ever tasted right. I wasn’t going to leave a review but seriously enough is enough. Don’t get me wrong the employees are super nice and sweet but they DO NOT know how to make a drink. I was really happy that a Starbucks opened up near my house but I still go to the one miles away because they drinks here taste horrible and I’ve ordered many different ones. Train train train!!
