“I've had lots of bubble tea in WC, Concord, Pleasant Hill area. This is definitely the best in the region. There are so many bubble tea locations in the area but I'll go out of my way to come to this location. The store is locally run, the tea is excellent and always a great amount of bobba. I don't need custards in my bubble tea, I just want good tea. If that's what you're looking for, this is your place. Also very easy to earn rewards!“

“Coolest new place in this side of town. Owners are the extremely customer oriented and friendly. Atmosphere is modern and cheerful with great menu selection which they have even been expanding. My kids go to kungfu next door and so thankful this place exists now. Everything I’ve tried is delicious but hands down my favorite is their Popcorn chicken (INCREDIBLE), love coming here often. Support this business please they are doing everything right and it’s a delicious treat!
Kid-friendliness: All ages are welcome. They are extremely kind with toddlers, kids, teens. Even had giveaways in their opening, and have fun claw machines and fun gear for purchase“

“This was my last stop in California before i hit the airport. I would highly recommend them just like our local friend did. Lovely baked goods on display. Grabbed a few for my plane ride snack. They also do coffee, tea and boba but my hands were too full to try those.“

“I tried the silky mango one with boba, it was really good! The only thing I didn't like from here is how long it took. I was standing in line for 30 minutes, because some people were cutting the line, so I couldn't order. I understand that they took too long because there was too many people though. I liked how it's cheap, like, it's a large and it was $6.50, good deal! 5 stars! ?❤️ I'd come back.“

“This place is awesome! The only milk tea I will buy. My kids love the slushes too. The food is good and their pricing is good too. It's a gem in the shopping center.

“The only downside is that it's very busy and it seems to be very busy consistently but they're very popular and new that shouldn't last forever eventually it will be slower. They've now just added ordering ahead which is super helpful so do the smart thing and order ahead of time and then go pick up in window to avoid drive thru line think of them as like in-n-out everyone knows it's faster to get out of your car and not go through the drive-thru“

“Love the place!We ordered Chicken Wings, Popcorn Chicken and Thai Ice Tea. All were amazing and value for money. Serving sizes were ample too! $12 for 8 wings is a steal in this inflationary time capsule.Highly recommended.*Note: They ran out of Boba when we’re there. I am sure they are working on it ?“

“Old-school and I love it. You want to step back in time? This is where you go. Got a box of donuts to go and they were awesome. They even had maple sprinkle donuts! Mmm. Definitely worth it. Smelled like coffee and diabetes, just like I like it. Will definitely swing back around.“

“This is a very nice spot to drop by while shopping in other stores nearby. The service is excellent and very quick, and the prices aren't too bad. It's also a nice spot to take a break with a beautiful patio with many plants and very nice seating. The indoor seating is also very nice. The view is a parking lot, which isn't the most aesthetic, but they make it work. Overall a great place to stop by if you're in the mood for a quick sweet treat or coffee.
Parking: It's right next to an incredibly large parking lot dedicated to the veranda. Some would say there's too much parking.“
