18 Best Bubble Tea in Concord

“I've had lots of bubble tea in WC, Concord, Pleasant Hill area. This is definitely the best in the region. There are so many bubble tea locations in the area but I'll go out of my way to come to this location. The store is locally run, the tea is excellent and always a great amount of bobba. I don't need custards in my bubble tea, I just want good tea. If that's what you're looking for, this is your place. Also very easy to earn rewards!“

“Coolest new place in this side of town. Owners are the extremely customer oriented and friendly. Atmosphere is modern and cheerful with great menu selection which they have even been expanding. My kids go to kungfu next door and so thankful this place exists now. Everything I’ve tried is delicious but hands down my favorite is their Popcorn chicken (INCREDIBLE), love coming here often. Support this business please they are doing everything right and it’s a delicious treat!

Kid-friendliness: All ages are welcome. They are extremely kind with toddlers, kids, teens. Even had giveaways in their opening, and have fun claw machines and fun gear for purchase“

I was standing in line for 30 minutes, because some people were cutting the line, so I couldn't order. I understand that they took too long because there was too many people though. “I'm a lover of all things T4! I usually hit up the Concord location, but I love this location because it has so much more variety. Their drink menu is way more extensive here and they actually offer full on meals (ramen and such).My go-to drink at any T4 location has always been and will always be their avocado smoothie. It's just so addictive and ya girl just can't get enough! They really do their avocado smoothies justice. They use real avocado and it's always nice and thick and never too icy. Their milk teas are really yummy here too. Their coconut milk tea with coconut cream is insanely delicious! You can add so many different kinds of toppings and creams. I tend to keep it pretty basic, but every now and then I'll step outside of the box and add a new topping to my drink.The prices are a tad bit higher here than the other T4 locations nearby, but you cannot deny the high-quality tea and smoothies that they provide. I haven't yet tried any of their food but they always have meal deals and specials. They have discount days for certain drinks too. I'm signed up with their rewards program, so they send me emails with special offers and promotions. It's pretty spacious inside with lots of seating, and they keep it nice and clean. Whenever I'm on this side of town, I always try to stop here for a smoothie or milk tea because they know how to make them right.“

“This is our first time visiting this place. This was actually our first time trying hot pot and the lady who assisted us walked us through it in a kind manner. We tried the #1 and #7 pot, and I loved every bite! They provided complimentary green or black tea and fried chicken skins. We also tried the Thai tea and rose milk tea. “Revising my original 1 star review to be 4 stars. We got two charges from "Boba Time" when we only had ordered once from Boba N Me. The owner was quick to respond and mentioned that the Korean BBQ restaurant and Koko Fried Chicken & Hot Dog were owned by the same company and charges would show up as the same merchant.

We got the Jasmine Milk Tea and the Horchata Mango. The milk tea was not too sweet which was good, but the horchata mango was a bit sweet.“

“one of my favorite spots. raw fish is usually hit or miss. this place has never been a miss. always friendly, food is always fresh, and honestly doesn't have the "fish" smell most places seem to have. the lack of smell is usually always the indication that the food is fresh. brought many people here, and they love it as much as I do.“

Staff is friendly but efficient. There IS a line on Sat/Sun mornings but it’s worth the wait. There is some seating but it seems like most people get it to go.“

“This place literally NEVER fails to have absolutely delicious boba every time i go there. All of their teas are so yummy no matter what and they have such variety in all their flavors and a wide selection of toppings too. This is always my go-to place for boba, and I think the bobas are also the perfect texture. Highly recommend!

“What a cute little place!! I decided to forgo a bigger chain and try this small cafe on my way to work and holy moly it’s delicious.

The server was very helpful and friendly helping me choose what I want and the music they were playing inside was so relaxing.

I got a Korean style latte and an apple cinnamon Croffle which were both so good.“
