“If you care about the “tea” part of milk tea, go here. Store is two parts: boba shop and loose leaf tea shop.

Boba shop: huge selection of many different teas as well as flavors/cremas etc. my favorite part is that you can ask what tea they use in the drink and they will tell you what it is. This place is a dream. Prices are reasonable (~$5-6). It’s my favorite way to try new teas.

Their loose leaf selection is enormous, particularly for tieguanyin and puer. Not to mention they do sell teapots and other tea accessories. My favorite tea is their Strong Aroma Tieguanyin, which is also the tea used in their Tieguanyin Crema in the boba shop.“

“Nut allergy friendly, did not even ask or make a note. I had a friend bring me an Oolong Milk Tea with 25% sugar, 50% ice, with boba. The boba texture was a bit stiff, but the oolong tea flavor was perfect and delicious. I'd come back again.“

“Very honest and clean mom and pop shop. One of the best popcorn chickens that I've had in my life and I've had a lot of different ones in Taiwan. Love how they always include the fried basil as that's the soul of this street dish. Also love their Barley tea creama, so perfect for the hot weather. Generous amount and fairly priced. Will continue to support the business! (Regular sized rose/oolong/barley tea creama is on sale now for $3.45! Not sure how long the sale would last)“

“One Milk Tea in Sacramento is my favorite place, I uber in the Bay area so, since I heard there is one in Oakland I thought I had to try it and see if I can get my favorite smoothie while I'm working, and I can!! It's just as amazing.I Always most recommend the Taro Smoothie, they add this thick brown Taro concoction on the inside walls of the cup, it's out of this world, 10/10 of any Boba shop anywhere, and I've tried a lot.Get the Taro smoothie!!“

I recommend asking for more ice for your drink because it was a little hot.

“Awesome I had the grapefruit and orange drink and I can't wait to come back to try something else. My youngest daughter loved the Oreo shake, my oldest daughter loved her chai tea and their dads kiwi slushy was also delicious. I'd love to try their ice creams next and can't wait for another hot day to come in.“

Their smoothie is a thicker smoothie with a delicious flavor, and their boba is a little smaller than most places which I really enjoy a lot more. Also, the wait times are very short, no matter how many people are in line. Highly recommend this place if you are a fan of boba teas!“
