They don’t know how to make the drinks. Tried an oat milk latte, taste like regular milk. Tried the hot chocolate, taste watered down, tried the white mocha and again disappointed. I try it with fingers crossed just because it’s convenient but never again! I can make this by myself, but better.“

“Without fail, this one girl, A L W A Y S messes up my drink. I thought, the first time, it’s because she might be new. I frequent this location and I dread seeing her behind the counter. Every.single.time she makes it, it’s bad. This morning, after ordering, she gave me 2%milk instead of oatmilk. I desperately asked for someone else to make it, and she ignored me and remakes it herself and still gave me 2% milk. It took 3 tries for my drink. I’m not a difficult customer, I feel bad to ask for a re-do and there’s times I just take the L. I won’t put her name but if your drink doesn’t taste right, they do offer to remake it. Other than the one girl, this is still my favorite location. It’s spacious. There’s plenty of seating indoor and outdoor. The setup and most of the baristas are just very inviting.“
