“This location is by far the best in EASTBAY. Super friendly staff and they are fast for being a high volume store. The complaints posted on other reviews about their speed are not only false but insulting. Also parking full is because the soot is busy and good. Dun be a Karen!“

“I'm a regular I come through the tunnel and work here for a few hours 2x a week before teaching. This is the kindest, friendliest team in a starbucks I've ever been around. They greet every single customer, they work really hard and they also send customers off with a friendly farewell. They remember people's names. They take great care in making orders, they keep the space clean/tidy and bonus the team seems to genuinely care about one another. On my drink today I got a cute little drawing which lifted my spirits on a tough day.“
