I came in to the starbucks and I was wonderfully greeted by this employee named Frank. He offered excellent service even recommending me to try their new pistachio flavor. Then this employee named Lenita made my drink and it tasted fantastic! Thank you both for the wonderful starbucks experience!!!!
Located inside Macys near the shoe department Small Starbucks with a few tables Customer service was friendly Unfortunately you cannot use your Starbucks app at this store They will allow you to use a Starbucks gift card But you cannot use the app to pay or get points or redeem points

I was walking through Macy's....lo and behold there's a Starbucks green mermaid sign shining on a wall.Oh.. pleasant surprise, I wasn't expecting to see a Starbucks inside a department store.Of course I'm going to give it a try.Got a large drip coffee and the person was kind enough to add in some ice cubes to cool the coffee so I could chug it right away.
