Weird engagement, I realize the QR code queue line is gone now but why can this not be a simple retail experience?
The team here is always extremely friendly and professional. Unfortunately, there is always an extremely annoying wait time to just pick something up since they want it to be like the Apple Store. Cool experience, but needs to be re-worked for busier location. Product is GREAT, and I love my machine. They are always throwing in good testers and samples as well.
This store makes it really hard just to purchase some pods!! You come in and have to resister your name even though no one else is in the store!!! Clueless customer service-Paul & Andrea made us feel like we were bothering them! We knew what we wanted, just neeed to make a quick (joke) and easy purchase of pods. Ridiculous. No wonder retail is fading away!
