The portions are generous, and everything ordered is excellent. The service is outstanding, with friendly, welcoming, attentive, and helpful staff who make guests feel right at home. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, comfortable, relaxing, and inviting, making it a great place for family and friends. Guests can really taste the quality and care in the food. Some wish they could have tried the lamb. While one guest still prefers the chicken at Felafel Boy in downtown Oakland, Sala still earns 5 stars for exceptional customer service. Everyone has a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Sala Mediterranean Grill is highly recommended, and guests definitely look forward to coming back.
