Boba Guys at the San Ramon City Center had a peaceful atmosphere and was aesthetically pleasing with its minimalist interior. The kiosks were user-friendly and the customer service was excellent. The staff brought out my drink in a timely, and efficient, manner. Would definitely return.
Great location to get Boba guys in the east bay. Quality ingredients and the lines move quickly.

I have been coming to this place for years. Unfortunately now the drinks are not as strong and the amount of boba is small. The bathroom was not cleaned as it's also aging like their drinks.
