I’ve become a regular here and I constantly recommend this pocket cafe to my friends and family, specifically the iced creme brulee latte! Its perfect everytime. And these boys are so sweet, i genuinely get a little sad when i go on days they dont work! My brother and I are big fans of this latter and these employees keep up the good work <3“

“If you’re looking for a spot that does everything right, this is it! From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place is special. Their bánh mì is hands-down one of the best I’ve had — perfectly toasted bread, flavorful meats, fresh herbs, and just the right amount of pickled veggies. Every bite is pure satisfaction.

And can we talk about the desserts? 🍰🥤 Each one is deliciously unique and so satisfying, especially paired with their coffee — rich, smooth, and brewed just right. The dessert selection alone is worth a return visit.

“I highly recommend this Donut ? Shop. When I am always in the area I stop here. I prefer Donut Express over Dunkin because the staff is friendly and so polite. I always get me a Chorizo Burrito and couple of donuts. It's so delicious and great. Please stop by and support our small business owners over the chain shops.“

“Tasty fresh black coffee, peppery refried beans, and the right amount of crispy and soft machaca and eggs.

This quick stop turned into a wonderful family style diner where you can sit back and enjoy your meal and put down your phone for a little while.

The refried beans really tied my machaca plate together. The little bit of spiciness and black pepper pops and it reminded me of bean and cheese burritos growing up.

Stop in for fresh coffee and trust me on the frijoles.“

“As a first responder, I love caffeine first thing in the morning to start my day! I remember that previously I had ordered a coffee and their machines were down so they couldn’t prepare the coffee I had ordered but the manager of this establishment had still gotten me a coffee to help me with my troubles and gave me a refund for my original order! Not only did I leave a tip but that was an amazing way to start the day! Usually I am always taking care of someone else…but it was really nice to have someone take care of me too the love in the community of Hayward is why I do what I do and this just made my day! I had an amazing shift though the hardships of work because I kept remembering that someone held a helping hand to me ❤️ Thank you so much for taking care of us!“

“Basically Starbucks is a franchise location built on a established expectation for what you should receive. So once again, Starbucks at this particular location gets five stars because they deliver on all expectations. If you like Starbucks no reason not to go to this location. Although you could combine your visit like going to the Target across the street, which also has a Starbucks inside.“

“Gong Cha is always a staple of mine whenever I am looking for boba and they happened to have a convenient location near shopping and some good restaurants.

Note: Gong Cha locations use a non-dairy creamer but beware, these almost always still contain whey which is a dairy derivative. It's a common misnomer so always ask for non-dairy milk if you are vegan like myself or adverse to dairy products/have an allergy.

In order to get a non-dairy drink, I was told to order from the Fresh Milk Menu. I did so with my Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Oat Milk and it was satisfying overall. It is indeed quite sweet even with 50% sugar so I'd advise to go even less if you aren't wanting a completely sweet drink.

It had just the right amount of ice, and the brown sugar crystal boba added a nice touch without being too much. There’s parking available for pick-up orders, which makes grabbing a drink quick and easy.“

“I notice a lot of Karen’s in Cali that like to review a company by there drivers when they are by far some of the most aggressive and aggravating drivers in the country. “Very crafty, tasty, delicious boba drinks at a conventient Hayward plaza that has Cane's In N Out, Sprouts, Chipotle, etc...

The staff is very friendly and attentive. We were greeted right away and the cashier helped us order by answering all of our questions in detail. In the end I got a very delicious Dalgona Milk Tea Brulee with boba. I'll be coming back soon to try out more of their unique creations“

Friendly staff and clean tidy estaishment. Would return.
We had lattes and muffins, they were as expected, ideal with our beverages. I would recommend this shop if you are nearby. Restrooms and wheelchair access are good.
